Yes, this place is a little pricey. When working downtown L.A. what isn't??? But the lunch specials are very good. I ordered some roasted lemon chicken and received two (2) full chicken leg quarters, as well as another thigh, a heaping order of rice and some delicious steamed vegetables. It came with a large cup for a fountain drink of your choice. It was $8.50+, but it was a LOT of food and tasty. When I got back to the office with it, everyone complained because it smelled sooooo good my coworkers couldn't stand it.

The reason that this place exists is due only to the fact that they are located in a building with a large number of tenants who find the convenience of this place too great to resist. The meager portions of their overpriced menu include only the staples; mediocre sandwiches, burgers and chicken ceaser salad/wrap. A good third of the menu is dedicated to $5 smoothies. The specials ranging from chicken curry to chicken teriyaki and include a canned soft drink. There is a pretty large staff for a place this small but the place across the street which often employs one guy at the register and one or two people in the kitchen are three times as fast and efficient. Unless you?ve called in your order twenty minutes earlier, work in the building, are on a deadline, and don't care what you are eating and how much it costs there isn?t much of an excuse to eat here.
