Over this weekend my husband and I purchased two cars from the dealer. Son, our sales person did an outstanding job in helping us. He made the buying experience less stressful because of his willingness to take care of everything. More sales persons should be more like him. Also, the facilty was clean and the coffee machine was awesome.

The Internet Team from DCH Honda Temecula e-mailed me saying that they would beat the competitor's price I had sent them. Just a waste of time. I went today there, ready to buy the car, just to find out that they would not do as they promised. He already knew the competitor's price, why not just tell me that he could not do it ? The e-mail even had the sales manager assurance...and worse, he did not even say sorry. What great customer service !

On June 30, 2009 I had a minor collision and my driver side mirror was trashed. I went straight to DCH and ordered the new mirror. It arrived the next day and I called for an appointment to have it installed. My work / commute schedule is nearly impossible to work with so I was in a real jam. Claudine was the person who helped me. She went way above and beyond for me. To accommodate my insane schedule she agreed to meet me at the service dept at 7am. She assigned her best tech to my car and I was on the way to work inside of 45 mins. What I didn't know but found out later was that Claudine wasn't scheduled to work until 8am.
I am SO impressed she came in an hour early to help me out. I want to add, this was my first visit to DCH. Claudine wasn't just treating a long-time customer right, she treated a first time customer right. She has made me re-evaluate the way I treat my customers. I'll always use her as a positive example for myself and others to emulate fantastic customer service! Claudine, YOU ROCK !! I love my Honda and will keep it forever, but, if I get a new Honda I'll go to DCH first.

I purchased a Honda Relay switch for my 2000 Civic EX.
It was hard to find a Genuine Honda switch, but DCH had just what I needed. I ordered the part, and received it very shortly! I would very happily shop with them again, and would recommend them to my friends and family. Also very affordable, because usually REAL Honda parts can be very pricey. I really have no tips for any other customers other than shop here, its easy and fast, and more importantly, cheap.

When i went to dch honda temecula there was no hassle. I felt good about buying a new car from them. It was easy and fast. Recently, my Honda Odyssey 2006's back hatch door lost its support and I bought the lift support strut from DCH Honda. Dealer asked $350 for the parts and repair and I paid about $80 for two struts from DCH. The item arrived quickly and the installation was a breeze. I am happy!

I purchased a timing belt, tensioner, water pump, engine mounts, body fasteners, etc. DCH was great! I may order all my parts this way in the future. I ordered online and picked up the parts the next day--and they were all the right parts! No need for returns. The online parts prices couldn't be beat.

We drove off in a new Civic, only to find out 13 days after the "Sell" that modificfations were required to keep the car! State law was quoted by the department, yet not adhered to by this Dealership! We received absolutely nothing in correspondence or even by phone within the 10 days as per California State requirements. With times as tough as they are right now, we fealt betrayed by these "Do as I say, not as I do" practices. BBB reporting of non- compliance and unfair business practices are options we all have! Use Them!

This is the worst delearship that we have ever had the disadvantage of doing business with! Scam artists...LIARS...POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!They are slow, rude, and will tell your car needs services that are clearly unnecessary. 88 dollars for a civic's oil change. I would pay an extra 20 bucks and spend my day in nasty hemet before I would do business with them again!

I'm a little disappointed at what they would give me for my trade in, but I really do feel that they gave me a fair deal...not a good deal, but a fair deal on the new car I bought. I would go there again for my next new car, if I'm in the market for a honda.

Being a former Service Advisor I was a bit nervous to have the rolls switched around since becoming a stay at home Mom. My service visits from day one have been great. We saw Robert for years but the last time I was in about a month ago, I found out he had moved on. I was pretty disappointed since he knew me, my car, my kids, etc.. but was relieved when Tim took just as good of care of me. I've had some wonderful experiences here but will just name one that really stands out. It was a Sunday, my van's battery was dead, I called AAA and got it jumped. Call the service dept and Robert said, come on down we'll take care of you right away. When I got there, both kids were asleep in the car. I planned to just transfer them to my double jogger and sit in the waiting room. As soon as Robert saw what I was doing, he called up two techs, they changed my battery without even turning off the car! Just did a really fast switch and sent me on my way!!! I couldn't have been there more than 10 minutes. I'll never forget that day. I love that they have such flexible service hours. I won't go anywhere else!

About a year ago Norm Reeves became DCH Auto Group. I used to love Norm Reeves as the service crew was friendly and the sales people were less pushy than you usually find at a dealer. That has now changed and the service is horrible, they overcharge you for simple service and there hasn't been one time I have had a service done there that I haven't had to take it back because they didn't do something right. The sales people converge on you like vultures and are very annoying, trying to convince you that their car they are pushing is better than the one you are looking for. They won't even tell you what your trade in is worth unless you have picked out a car for the trade. Overall - this is a bad car dealer experience.
