I just started at in shape, and I can say that I love it... Seems like a really friendly staff, and the people that come to the club to work out sem very nice, and helpful, if you have a question. The facility is clean, which is a big plus compared to others ive seen. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this place, and the employeess!!!

This so called club that in shape has in downtown Stockton is a joke. It's a graveyard for old out dated equipment. I give this club an F- and I would not recommend this club to anyone.

I have been a member for a few years. The club is nice, the equipment new, and the staff is great. I find the location really convenient for a quick lunch work out.

It's great when it opens like 24 hours and stuff! If you make membership its like this: you basically pay in advance with your one year membership. Then you just go. You have this little key thing you put around your key chain to get in. They have the typical types of machines. It's best to go very very very early or just very very very late at night. Usually if its in the afternoon everything is almost taken. Sometimes they give passes like for friends and family remembers to test out the gym for 2 weeks. They do tend to call all the time so choose wisely when you are giving out their number and names of people that want to have a free 2 week trial. So check it out!

This is a great gym. As members for approximately 7 years, we thoroughly enjoy the equipment, the availability of classes, pools and trainers. The gym is in great condition, the employees are personable and helpful. I don't think their monthly rate is so great (56.00), but I'm willing to pay extra for this gym, it seems nicer than others in the area.
PROS: equipment, staff, hours
