This was my service provider for the past few years. I am sorry to say, their service went WAY downhill last year, causing me three service calls and damage to my attic when the condensation pipes came loose off my air handler ( they had just been up to service it a few days before)
The first call involved a new technitian (who looked pretty green out of HVAC school) who checked off doing work he actually didn't. That lead to the second service call, which lead to the third.
Never again!
