I was a tenant in 4369 W 134th st. when I moved out I left the apt clean and with new blinders and returned the gate remote control. Still i was charged for the clean, ok but I am still battling for the reimbursement of my $40 dollars for the returning of the gate remote control. I moved out november 2008 and now it is october 2009,
When I moved in into the apartment the carpet was never replaced, and I requested to the manager to be changed three times, there were no answer from the management. once the shower faucett (not the showerhead) was leaking and broke, I had to wait 2 days for the maintenance guy to come and put a new one.
over 7 years Swami raised the monthly rent 7 times and twice was the 10%, they are about making money, in these recession times.
Overall, Swami is a range of fair to low company.
