The best I have ever had. The people are great; friendly, knowledgeable, etc. They delivered when they said they would. I got more than expected. My car looks like a NEW car. Just great! I will be back again, I will recommend everyone. In the end, I felt like family!

I haven't actually bought a car here but I'd been seriously considering buying a 2011 Mustang for a while, and later looked at the Fiesta. The sales staff were extremely accommodating, even letting me borrow a new (leftover) 2010 Mustang overnight (highly unusual). Eventually I decided against buying either vehicle but if I ever do decide to buy a Ford of some sort, this dealership is where I'd go again. They're also huge and they have a very good inventory on-hand.

This salesman was able to find the car I had requested, color, 4 wheel drive, hitch and interior color.
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, the price was very good and Ford Credit carried the loan. I was amazed how fast the paperwork was completed.
I will be telling my friends and family to go to Mossy Ford for their auto needs.

I'm a Ford fan!

Especially now!

First and foremost...they did not take a bail out and second they are an American brand car, first company to ever make an American car!!!

We stopped in today to look at a Mustang as a treat for my son and an incentive to save his money, also a goal to be successful. I let the sales man know that we are not buying a car today that we were just in to look at a Mustang.

My youngest LOVES Mustangs! Calls one out every time he sees one! Knows the make, V-8 or V-6! Gets excited every time! We have this game,,, who can see a Mustang and call it out first. Fun!

The sales man was so kind to spend sometime with us while we checked out the inside and imagined life for him driving a Mustang GT. The sales man then had to take a call, excused himself and then quickly returned with a Ford Mustang 2010 Brochure. NICE!

When my son is ready to buy his
GT,we will absolutely be back at this Ford to purchase the Mustang!

First, because the sales man was so nice and foremost, this Ford dealership has been there forever!

We just purchased a 2011 FORD FLEX and selected Mossy Ford as our dealer. Our experience was great! We actually ordered the car with the help our sales rep (Habal) who helped us sort thru all of the options and kept us in the loop throughout the cars progress from the factory to their lot. We were able to pick up the car up a week early and are very appreciative to the Mossy staff that made us feel like part of their family. We would recommend to our family and friends.

I bought my mustang from Mossy Ford. Got to say they were nice, professional did not pressure me. one thing i hate is when dealers pressure. I got the price I wanted and the manager even help me get a better interest rate then navy federal. I recommend them. Don't be scare to deal straight with a manager instead back and forth with sales men

This was the worst experience ever! First I talked to Gary Johnson,He was very polite and respectful. I was looking at a car on the internet,He stated the car was having service done it should be done in a couple of days. I came down (85 miles) to find the car had been sold. BUT we have another car. I was already frustrated from the drive i decided to look at my ONLY option. after I talked to Ray The "TOP DOG" he explained that he cant at all work with the price. He stated 24999 was the absolute lowest he could go. THE STICKER PRICE WAS 21999. IDIOT He then stated even I cant go that low WHAT!!! I then told him you show me what the purchase price was and Ill pay anything he wants . Obviously he refused. Who likes buying cars? Well, It's not a fair game. Everybody has access to all the information on the internet.

I was ready. Full of documents in my "Car Buying" folder, consumer guides, invoices, pricing and my ego! Arrived at the dealership and we were Welcomed by Deborah Peterson. After a brief introduction she asked us what we were looking for took us right to the vehicle. Test drove it, loved it "Did you drive a Ford lately?" :) and now it's time for the numbers.

Before I opened my folder, Deborah explained why they are Edmunds premier dealer told me about their pricing policy.. (Pricing Policy?? WTH is that?) After getting my information It took them 5 minutes to provide me with their numbers, ofc we customers always want lower right? , and asked for my business... It was a little higher compared to what I wanted to pay so I asked for more discount. Deborah explained me that I am not getting the rebates I want because they gave me %0 and It's either or.. She told me that getting the %0 is better for me because I will be saving money in the long run. I couldn't believe, that's why their price a little higher compared to what I wanted to pay... They actually gave me a better deal!! These guys care about their customers and propose whatever is going to make sense to the customer.

I had a 2002 Ford Focus and I promised myself never ever to purchase a Ford again.. There I am "Driving One" :) on a test drive and dreaming about the ownership. Quality is just amazing, It's like Ford has been purchased by BMW or AUDI or something. Quality materials, power.. Anyway,

I was getting myself ready for 20 salespeople to haunt me but WTH, I only see one.. After a little walk we found the Taurus SHO I wnted. Didn't want to do the deal that day, I need to do my research get pricing etc. right? Well, I got inside to get some pricing and 1 word, WOW... No stupid paper credit applications (You would never know where they can end-up.. Sales person's drawer? Trash?), all on the computer. They made me an offer, I told them I wasn't ready to buy (Because I didn't do my homework yet.). They opened edmunds , truecar and actually showed me what kind of a great deal I am getting. I was like Seriously?

I recommend Mossy Ford to everybody. They have the right staff, product and location.

ps: I got my first oil change for free! :)

I have bought a lot of cars in twenty years and I never have had such a bad experience with any. I do not know why this dealership is rude since this is a trouble times for them and treating me like crap was not the way to go. This is some highlights from my dealership from hell:
1.On my new vehicle, damage was done to the passengers rim when the salesman made a u turn into the Ford dealership from the Toyota dealership. The salesman acknowledged the damage and we heard it when he scraped the curb. When my son arrived at the dealership later on the salesman denied the damage.
2.I explained to the salesman about my trade in that had a lien on it and he did not give the information to the manager which made problems for calculating a monthly payment.
3.The salesman got upset when he found the price was lower on the Internet than on the price on the vehicle, and that is when he started treating me like crap.
4.The salesman was unorganized, forgetful, a liar, and an ass hole.
5.The salesman denied the damage on the rim when we returned to point it out to the manager.
6.We only got $3,000.00 for our trade in on our 2003 which we should have gotten at least $5,000.00.
7.A friend of ours came to the dealership inquired about my trade in, they said it it would sell for around $7,000.00 to $8,000.00. That would be making a profit off of my trade in at $4,000.00 to $5,000.00. Now that is robbery since my trade in was custom built.
8.The finance person that I had to deal with had been totally rude and uncooperative with me in my questions about certain issues. I found it very difficult to understand him, he had spoken with broken English and his writing was poor.
Basically I got the shaft a Mossy Ford and I warn anyone who steps foot in the dealership.

Boy were we fooled by Mossy FORD!! I thought I was impressed with the honesty when we put together our sales deal...then everything fell apart.

We put down 2 deposits for my new vehicle....one to be cashed in 4 days, the other in 3 weeks. This would allow time for us to transfer fund between our accounts. We happily left the sales building and headed across the street to the finance department. We negotiated a fantastic rate and were very happy with the results. Contracts were signed, handshakes all around and we drove off in our wonderful new vehicle, leaving my beat-up trade-in behind. We were told we would have to purchase an extra key for my "new-slightly-used" vehicle and that would run about $80-$100. We were off to the dealership that made my vehicle (we did not purchase a Ford) a very happy family! As it turns out, a duplicate key actually costs $220 from Chrysler!!! Well, chalk it up to poor information and bad salesmanship....I guess we will just have to eat the cost. We will call this problem # 1.

Here is where problem # 2 began.....I checked our account the next afternoon to see if the funds had transferred yet, and GUESS WHAT? Mossy Ford deposited our check? What happened to 4 days? I started to make phone calls and requests to our sales person, his manager, everyone. I was eventually promised my overdraft funds be paid back to me because "The person that deposited my check quit, but it was their fault." Are you kidding me? It took a week and a half to get the funds back, but eventually Mossy Ford made good on the deal. I assumed that was the worst of it - boy was I wrong!

They only allow 3000 characters for a review, but it got worse and we ran into about 5 more issues that we had to deal with! Bottom line is not to buy anything from Mossy ford!

Never again will I deal with Mossy Ford or Mossy anything!!!

After going to unknown mechanics to work on my truck I finally decided to pay the extra money and go to the dealer. It was such a nice change. You might be paying a bit more but in the long run its worth it. If you have problems later on doen the line they guarantee their work. Do it right the first time.

We have always bought Ford cars and the Ford company always gets a good car for less than the offered price. They once spent from five until eight at night to find us a car. They are excellent!

The people here were very nice to me. I was able to get a car for a reasonable price. I wouldn't really recommend fords as cars but i suppose they are very safe, just be aware of technical difficulties. If fords do tickle your fancy, you should come here.

Mossy Ford Collision Center really worked hard to find the part needed to repair our car. It is hard to find parts and panels for it, and it ended up taking a couple days longer than they expected, but they always communicated with us to let us know what they had done to find the part, and how much longer they thought it would be. They didnt charge us any extra charges, even though they had to get the part shipped in from out of state. The repairs they did look great- you cant tell the front quarter panel was crunched in at all. I would highly recommend their services.
