This is a really BAD outfit. They came into my home to dry out my crawl space and left 28 days later leaving a bill for over $46,000 dollars. No this is not a miss-print, $46,000 dollars. They charged me for equipment that was never used, over charged by double for work they did do and ended up charging over $1000 per day to park their equipment in my crawl space. Nancy J. White, The President of the Company is really a nasty person, rude, self ritous and disgustingly unprofessional. Her crew was equally unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We are heading for protracted litigation to protect our property from their mechanics lien. I would really like to see her out of business. If you think that we have problems on Wall Street, look to businesses like Property Doctors if you want to see greed at its worst.

Service: Drying out carpet in basement that was soaked due to misplaced garden hose. Sloppy, handwritten and unprofessional invoice handed to elderly homeowner on the final date of service was about 1/2 the final invoice sent by mail. They have pursued her for time they were not on the premises, services not provided, serivces far in excess of the estimate, services far in excess of reasonable value and have now forced her to retain legal counsel by threatening a lien and collection action. The first mailed invoice was not sent until about 6 weeks after service was provided. Homeowner informed them within the week that she disputed the bill. They then did not contact her again for about another six weeks and they continue to assess interest. The latest bill was sent back with her payment, along with a fee of $500 for "lien fees" and interest. Unless you want to have to hire an attorney, don't use them.

Late, poor manners, reeked of smoke, inaccurate, technically challenged, haphazard and overpriced.

After calling and arranging a time for a water damage crew to come, it was two hours past the hour service window when they arrived. After entering the leader answers his cell phone and starts to discusses his daughters date with his wife before hanging up and introducing himself. All three smell of smoke (not so good for an asthma sufferer). Holes are cut to remove wet drywall, water let out and blowers and dehumidifyer set up. Too many blowers, circuit blows every hour until I unplug three of the five. Blowers are set to high, forcing freezing air (in gargage) to blow directly on water pipes and drywall. Used my own space heaters and extension cords to another electrical circuit to prevent massive freeze. Next day I find the actual source of the leak with a plumber, who removes the damaged drywall that was completely missed by Property Drs. Surveillance team comes to inspect, (humidity monitor, two minutes) and later find that I am charged for four hours for monitoring. Crew returns next day, seven hours late, removes all equipment. Final bill is calculated per calendar day, three, (even if they are late and the equipment is set up at the end of the day, your paying for the whole day and night).

They did take the trash.

Find someone else.
