Rina was incredibly rude to me when I told her I was not happy with the way my pet looked. This was the first and LAST time I will take my pet to this place. She acted annoyed that I wasn't happy with what she did and told me that the cut she gave my pet was "standard" and "if that's not what I want then don't ask for it." I would think that she would be concerned about customer satisfaction----especially a new customer that she should want to return. I can only imagine how she treated my pet while I was gone considering the abrasive way she spoke to me.
