They did the same thing to me. Told me I needed to do a deep cleaning that cost me $400 and who knows how much insurance is paying. Plus I needed a root canal (I knew this, my previous dentist told me this as well) I paid for it all at once the first of two needed visits. When I returned I was charged more money and told this was something the insurance wasn't going to pay that they missed. Then I get a bill for even more money. I will not be returning.

Worst expierence I have ever had!!! Don't go to any Perfect teeth! I changed to Perfect teeth, because I could get free cleanings and free fillings with my insurance. They suggest deep cleaning to everyone, more $$$. When I told them I couldn't they REFUSED me ANY type of cleaning. They will try to FORCE you so they make more $$$. I am reporting them to my insurance and every agency I can!!!!!

This is the worst place to go!! The told me that I needed a root canal and once it was done told me that I the tooth they did it on was cracked and I needed to see a specialist. Why did they do a root canal on a cracked tooth? Why did they charge me for a root canal if it was not going to do any good. They could not even tell me for sure that is was cracked. I now have to go to a specialist to find out if it's even cracked. I have no way to know if it was cracked before the procedure or if it happened during. Do not go here.

I went to this office to get a cleaning after my x-rays, I had two different diagnosis from two dentist. I left and found another dentist who has come highly recommended and request my x-rays (that I paid to have done) and was told that I would have to pay to get them. I thought that you are only suppose to pay for things once, but I guess that rule goes out the window when you refuse costly- unneeded work.
