Coming from a much smaller gym it took a while to get used to the huge ""warehouse"" atmosphere of 24 Hour Fitness.\n\nLots of machines, great place to lift and do cardio. \n\nHave tried their classes. The yoga classes--- some are good, some not so good as the room temp in the summer is at times downright cold! \n\nMost yoga classes at smaller studios lock the doors when class starts but at 24 Hour, people come and go as they please which is a little distracting. Their yoga classes also do not differentiate between beginner, intermediate and advanced so those looking for a class to meet their needs might find that they are too difficult or too easy.\n\nThe trainers are great and are in great shape especially the female trainers. There are a few of the male trainers that look as though they need to ""hit the gym"" for awhile before telling others how to do their training though---LOL!!!\n\nOverall, a good experience.

The club on E. Academy used to be my favorite - the staff in the kids club ARE AWESOME and I feel like I can be there worry-free. There has been some kind of management change and it is effecting the entire club and killing the staff's attitude.... I have overheard her talking to staff and members alike - she was a horrible choice in employees. Who ever put her in place needs to be fired... as much as I hate to, I think I'm moving on to a "healthier" club.
