The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took my truck in for a drivability issue. They charged me $1000.00 and when I asked to see the old parts. They looked almost brand new. Fine as long as the problem is fixed. Drove away and the problem was still there. I went back and asked the manager Blain if they confirm there repairs with a test drive at least. He said "That's not how we do things here". I will never go back to Big Mike Naughton.

I took my '08 Ford Ranger in for service this past Monday morning at 8:00am due to the gears "slipping" and my o/d light flashing. The man who helped me, David, was very friendly and seemed sincerely concerned by the problems I was having with my truck. I hadn't heard from them by 4:00pm so I checked in. David said they hadn't located the problem and would need the truck overnight. That was Monday. Today is Saturday and I still have no word as to when they will be done with my vehicle. They have had my truck for 60 working hours...60!! You could rebuild an entire transmisson by hand in that amount of time. I will never take my truck to them again and neither should you. WOW, literally got a phone call while I was typing this, it "should" be done on Monday. That will be their 7th full day with my truck. Ridiculous. I am SO FRUSTRATED.

I have purchased a small fleet of vehicles from Mike Naughtin for my firm starting in 1999, Since his daughter left the firm as GM and moved to Canada all aspects of Naughtons operation has slipped away as really foul
.
Their service writer Griff for the most part can be trusted.

Their sales group are typical of the industry. They do it all, bait and switch, shy away from cash deals as there are no finance company kickbacks, and even try to sell vehicles for way more than sticker price. They are not competive on prices.

In my case I bought the same vehicle()s from another dealer and saved $4,234.00 on the package.

The sales area has attitude. "we are cool Gods of the car world so buy ot leave.;"

Do NOT ever take your Ford to them for Service. I have a 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty
and took it to them to diagnose, that's all. The truck was running pretty rough, and
I knew something was wrong. However, it was running well enough that I put over 1000 miles on it the two weeks prior to that, a lot of it highway miles. I have never ever
had a problem starting it.

I took it to Dan Gotta, explained to him that I want a diagnostic on the engine and to check the front end alignment and a few other things. So I get a call back from Dan a day later, and he tells me my Cam is busted and I need a new engine at a price of $5000.

Thinking these guys are out of their mind, I go pickup my truck, and lo and behold, it wont run AT ALL. I cannot start it at all. They offer to help me push it to the parking lot. I inquire with the Master Technician Mike to see what he did to it, and he says it cannot be fixed, it needs a new engine. As he walks away, he makes me an offer to BUY my truck from me! Can you believe this crap? I ask Dan, who watched me drive it in with no problems, and then drove it to the back service station, what happened to my truck? He says, "Budy, I told you, you need a new engine! You barely drove it in here!"

This is unbelievable to me! I have a non-drivable truck sitting in my driveway because I took it to Mike Naughton Ford to get it DIAGNOSED!

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR FORD TO MIKE NAUGHTON SERVICE CENTERS!
They are rip off artists!!

I own a 1997 F250 Powerstroke and I will never have Mike Naughton service my vehicle again! A few months ago, my truck started smoking excessively and I took it into Mike Naughton for service for the second time - first time, service and repair was marginal and I was willing to give them a second chance. Now, anyone who owns a diesel knows to plug them in on cold nights to keep the engine somewhat warm and thus easier to start in the morning, otherwise it is possible to foul glow plugs and make it almost impossible to start. So, I DRIVE my F250 into Mike Naughton mid day in December for service and left it overnight - over night temps were 2 degrees below zero and my truck was left outside and unplugged. The tech went out to start my truck and bring it in for service and that is where the sh*t started. I receive a call from my "personal" service agent about noonish with a "I got bad news" report. I was told that my truck won't start, the batteries are shot, and the starter was bad - now remember, I drove this truck into Mike Naughton without any issues related to the batteries or the starter. When I asked how this happened, I was told the batteries were old and weak. I installed these 1100 CCA batteries 2.5 years ago and I even wired in a trickle charger to the block heater to ensure batteries are always charged. Next, I was told the starter was getting hot while cranking and was drawing too many amps - wonder why the starter was working so hard? I ask about the additional repair costs and was told I would need to pay an additional "ESTIMATED" $1400 just to have my original problem diagnosed. After the shock wore off and I explained how the situation was impossible, Mike Naughton service rep said there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their fault. I informed them that I want the truck running as I was coming in to get it. My "personal" service rep informed me that the batteries wouldn't hold a charge and I agreed to purchase new batteries which ended up costing me $500. I picked up the truck and drove to a reputable diesel repair shop for service (about 4 times farther form my house than Mike Naughton, but I would have easily driven 40 times further in order NOT to shop at Mike Naughton! After having an injector replaced, I was told there wasn't anything wrong with either the starter or the charging system. A caveat to this story is that I used to owned a 4WD accessories and fabrication shop and I know how to work on and repair diesels and I recognize shops ripping people off. I inform everyone one I know of Mike Naughton and I am posting to warn others now

Eight years ago, my son attempted to buy a new Ford Focus from this dealership. He traded in his Dodge pickup, and gave them $2,000. That wasn't enough...they wanted a co-signer. Against my better judgment, I co-signed. He had the car for 3 weeks, and they called, and said they needed an additional $2,000 or the car back. He took the car back, and the dealership said it was a "voluntary repossession", and refused to give back his pickup or the down payment. My son chalked it up to experience, and considered it a lesson learned. Last year, the Ford Motor Credit Company sued my son, and me for the amount of the car. They DID NOT notify us, so we were not informed of a court date, and a judgment was filed against us. We only recently found this out because a collection agency representing Ford filed a lien against our bank account, and took every cent that was in there. We also discovered that for the past eight years, they have been accruing 27% interest bringing the amount of the Ford Focus from $9,000 to $27,000 today. Not only would I never do business with Mike Naughton, but never with the Ford Motor Company, as well.

Recently I had a rattle in my one-ton superduty that I spent a significant amount of time trying to locate myself. When I wasn't able to find it, I took it to the very large and extensive service center that Naughton's has to offer. The guys found the problem (with an after market part) and only charged me for an our of their time.

I also get the deisel oil that I need from them.

Great service staff, very helpful in coming up with fixes. Had a problem with rear windaow that was too expensive to fix, they did a temp fix that kept the window up an didn't charge for the work.

We bought our truck from Big Mike Naughton. The truck is fine, however I was completely unimpressed by the way they handled the paperwork. We walked in with a check from our loan company to buy the truck outright and I was called not less than 3 times because they couldn't get the fact that they had been paid already. I won't go back.

I bought a used car from them, and later found out that the air conditioning doesn't work and the transmission was slipping. Less than 6 months after buying the car, I found an oil leak. I took it to my mechanic for other problems, and spent $1000 on it, part of which was to replace THREE BROKEN ENGINE MOUNTS. Now, the oil leak is worse and I suspect it will be a head gasket which is going to be VERY EXPENSIVE.
I called the sales manager, Gary Sprague, and he said they inspect all their cars. I don't know if he is lying or what, or maybe they only inspect it to make sure it is a car. How did they miss broken engine mounts, oil leaks, A/C that doesn't work, and a slipping transmission? Anyway, when I told him what I paid for it, he said "it must be a nice car"? Wow, piles of junk are nice cars to Mike Naughton? To top it off, when I asked if they warranty any of their cars he said no, and that he didn't know what to tell me.
I have learned my lesson. NEVER EVER trust a dealership to sell you a decent car, and don't expect them to take care of you when they've sold a pile of junk.
Mike Naughton Ford sold me a piece of junk and now I'm stuck with it. I will never buy from them again.
