Metro Pcs Wireless

I was skeptical about purchasing Metro PCS because of mixed reviews I read, but I like the idea of unlimited minutes. I just purchased a couple of weeks ago and so far I LOVE it. I get better reception in my apartment than with the carrier I just left. Luckily, the only place out of town that I go has Metro PCS as well, so I havent had any problems with no service as of yet. I have had to call customer service 2 times so far and have had NO problems getting through to a live person. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions with no problems. I also have to say, this is much cheaper and better than a pre-paid plan with very little minutes.

The sales people are not too friendly. they try to attack you to buy one of their products and they don't really help you buy the best product for your needs. Don't go here.

I got my metro pcs phone one year ago. there are some good things about metro: No contract, no over-minutes charges, and all that... The bad about metro is: When you travel out of the bay area, the signal goes death. It is hard to make a phone call when you are traveling, there are times in which is important to make a phone call when you are traveling nd with metro you just can't count.

Metro PCS has taken off in San Francisco with almost a store on every corner. Service is good and reception is also expanding- some dropped calls so this phone company is best for local socialcontacts who will not nbe offended with an occasional dropped call. the plus is you never worry about minutes- the negative is that this phone company is not for business or frequent travelors
