I stumbled across this independently owned bookstore on the web and decided to check it out. I was looking for a particular book that was really hard to find. The lady behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. I later found out that she was the owner of the store. She helped me find what I was looking for. They have a great selection of used and new books. I have returned several times and have found interesting books that I may not pick up if they were new. But the prices are great that I could not resist. I like supporting this bookstore because the owner id very friendly, always with a smile on her face ready to help. And she has a nice little store with some great deals.

Ratings_icons Small store, good selection

This is one of those surprisingly nice stores--a small collection of used books, with a few new ones thrown in, but it seems to be lovingly gathered and maintained. The proprietress treats customers quite nicely--clearly she wants your return business. I saw quite a few surprising finds here--from philosophy to opera scores--it's definitely worth a second trip.

Yet another of the many, many bookstores in the Bay Area. Stop by here on your tour of bookstores in the city, although you might not want to make it your first. Used and new books with a surprisingly good selection for such a small store. Staff is helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere (like most independent bookstores) is relaxed.
