I would give less of a rating if I had the Choice.

I bought a 2007 Mercedes S550 from there on August 18th, 2013. The very next day the rear back tire was flat so I called the sales manager and he said if I paid half they would pay half and put 4 new tires on the car. I had a friend of mine take it in, he was in a hurry when he pick up the car and didn't check, the next day I noticed only the rear tires were changed even thought the deal was for all four! I called the dealership the sales manager said haha I was just waiting for you to notice "we didn't have the front tires in stock as soon as we do we will call you to get them changed". Few weeks went by no call so I called them, every time I call now for the service advisor JOEY he is always not there or when you do get him on the phone after lying to the reception and saying he just called me less than a minute ago he will say let me check on that and I will give you a call. Here I am # MONTHS later and no front tires! really if you are going to spend that kind of cash don't buy from Luxor auto as you will have the worst customer service possible.

Completely unethical business practices that occur under the direct knowledge of the CEO Sy Salari. "Sales Mgr" (and I use that term lightly) Farhad Kanash does not back his verbal statements or signed invovices nor does he act appropriately in his interpersonal interactions. He will resort to using the f** word and name calling if he does not get his way. I would certainly not recommend anyone do business with this agency.

My wife and I bought a car at Luxor Auto and as you would imagine we thought we were going to have to deal with the typical used car headache,however after dealing with the staff there we felt differently. Our experience was unexpectedly hassle free, the sales person was knowledgeable and our new vehicle suits our needs. We got an amazing rate on our auto loan and even received a complimentary full tank of gas as well as a free future oil change at their service department. Thanks for going above and beyond!

When you make jokes about used car dealerships this is the place that comes to mind. Sure the vehicles all look beautiful on the outside and are priced below wholesale so you think you are getting a steal of a deal. The truth is these guys are crooks and some of the most unethical scam artists I have ever dealt with. You are lucky to get the car home and then you start having problems immediately. Nothing is covered and all of their promises mean nothing once you drive off the lot.

I would have given them zero stars but that wasn't an option. If you buy a car here you will get taken deep and you will wake up in the middle of the night so upset that you were taken advantage of like this.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!

Luxor claims to do a 110 pt inspection, when i took the car to the Cadillac dealer they laughed and said if a 110 point inspection was done the bad transmission would have been caught. So either they dont do an inspection or they just passed the bad car to a customer.
From reading all the reviews over the NET, these guys are crooked and should not be in business.
I called Hamid the President of the company and "typical" no response.
This company has 15 Better Business Bureau complaints over the last year and a half.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Luxor has an issue with backing their certified vehicles. I had an issue with the service light being on when I test drove the car just to be told that it would be taken care of along with the broken parking brake switch cover. When I brought the car back for them to complete the work done on it not only did they fail to fix the broken switch cover but I ended up paying for half the repairs needed to shut the service engine light off. I would have left the car there but it was New Years Eve and I wouldn't have had it back until the following Monday. Man they were so close to being the best dealership I ever dealt with, so close only to fall right back down to the bottom with all the rest.

I love cars. I've purchased 4 already in 2008. This place is by far the worse experience I've ever had with a "certified" car dealership.

Three things I asked to be done to the car prior to agreeing to purchase:
1. The door lock did not work with the remote. That was fixed perfectly.
2. The front window rattled. I was told that was fixed, but found out later it wasn't fixed. More on that in a minute.
3. The tires were bald to the point of being dangerous. The front tires were replaced and I found out later that the rears were not.

Within the first 20 hours of owning this "certified" vehicle, I was driving along and the "new" front tire completely blew out and shredded. The tread separated from the walls. I was stuck on the freeway for over an hour, waiting for a tow. After about 2 hours, Luxor decided the only option was to put the old, bald tire back on the vehicle. So I drove the car with old bald tire and it took Luxor an entire week to get a new front tire in stock. No one ever called me - I always initiated.

Into my second week of ownership, the driver's side window still rattled. The tint now had a chunk missing plus 2 scratches going up and down the middle of the window.
Another problem was the brakes were making a metal-on-metal scraping noise. So I made an appointment with Chapman BMW and here's their review:
Window fixed under warranty
Metal on metal = new brakes needed $1520
Torn bushings/old rear tires replaced = $1320
"Certified Vehicle" from Luxor bought less than one month ago will cost me $3000 to fix.

Since driving off the lot, I've tried to contact the salesman (Craig), the Manager (Alex), the Operations Manager (Janis), the VP (Sy) and sadly even the CEO (Hamid). No one from Luxor returns ANY communications. BAD BUSINESS!

I'd love the opportunity to amend my opinion but at this stage I am doubtful that this place will stay in business much longer with their offerings, or lack thereof. Be wary of this little dealership!
