I live above this restaurant and order sushi at least 4 times weekly. They never take more than 10-15 minutes for a huge order and the fish is always fresh and the rice is fluffy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

i loved the food everybody was nice some of the best sushi i have ever had. i will definetly be going back. the fish was very fresh i highly recommend sushi and river

July 4th, 2007 (my birthday) My closest friends & family & I were all very hungry,so my best friend,my mom & I saw the sushi restaurant nearby & decided to order for everyone.We were pleased to find that it did not seem busy, we took about 5 minutes to look at the menu & ordered, asking how long it would be.The son of the family who owned the restaurant said "we can't give you a time, some orders take longer than others".We helped a family behind us with the menu & patiently sat down & waited for our food.About an hour & 15 mins. went by while we watched the family who ordered after us leave with their food.I asked what had happened to our order & simply explained that we had never had a "to go" sushi order take that long.The son looked at me with an "oops face" and simply said "sh**",slammed his fist on the counter,walked over to the register,realized without saying anything that they had completely forgotten our order.He then spoke something to the other man as if to say "I can't believe you forgot this"and quickly started making our food.We sat down at the counter in disbelief,wondering that if because of their mistake,would they rightly give us a refund,or at least a discount?Finally after watching them exchange several words throughout the time it took to finish our order,we asked if their would be some kind of refund.Not only did they deny that they forgot about our order,but they told us that if we wanted a refund,that we would have to give the food that they had just rushed to make(not even correct & part of the order was never made) that we would have to not take the food,which we waited for 2 hours for!
At ths point, it is not that the customer service took so long, it is that after reading the letter they wrote back to us, that they are lying & displaying incredible lack of integrity. No one should have to deal with that. I will never eat at their restaurant EVER again,and will tell all of my friends, family, co-workers etc. about my horrible experience.

Cons: Worst customer service I've ever gotten. Spent 2 hours on the 4th of July for a To Go order!

I received the worst customer serive from this restaurant on July 4, 2007!!! I waiting for over 2 hours to get my TAKE OUT sushi order, was treated horribly after asking for a partial refund for the wait after the fact that they had completely forgotten about my order, and now am handling them not telling the truth to the a certain reporting agency that helps customers that have received bad customer service. They are claiming that it took me 20-30 minutes to place my order (which it took less than 5), that my order was not forgotten about, that their ATM swiper is an hour off (which according to my watch wasn't), etc. The food was good (even though they didn't provide my complete order), but the customer service was horrible...I will NEVER go back to this restaurant!
