Contacted this website to send "Get Well" flowers to a family member in the hospital. I purchased the flowers FROM his website and I received a call later from this guy saying, "I'm not honoring this, this prices is too low...". I called him back and asked what the heck. He said that Teleflora sets the prices and they do it too low. He gets a book and my 35 dollar bouqet was 55 in his book. I proceeded to let him know I purchased this through his website and if he was not going to honor that, that constitutes fraud. He then proceeded to tell me he did not have to put up with this and hung up on me.

I called Teleflora and spoke to someone who was very helpful. The could not find this order and went to the website and said he was not affiliated with them and if he was using their website for pricing, (the representative laughed like I was) he shouldn't have it on there. She proceeded to take my new order AT the stated price and noted NOT TO USE HAYWARD HOUSE OF FLOWERS!!

This is insane, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! He DOES NOT HONOR HIS PRICES!!

a lack of customer service in handling my Mother's Day
order. On Sunday, 11 May 2008, when asked why the
teacup flower set was not delivered on Saturday, his
response was, "We could not read the address." When
asked, "Why did you not call me with the telephone
number I provided?" His answer was, "Are we sending
the flowers to you?" I calmly stated, had his shop called me, I could have verified the address since I was the one who placed the order. I only have a 300 Max character to write this message, please call so I may elaborate
on the disappointing and frustrating service I
received. My recommendation is Teleflora no longer
use Vendor #152106 to deliver flowers on Teleflora's
behalf.

The lack of customer service resulted in me pursuing
another flower shop who could deliver on such short
notice with grace and poise on Mother's Day.

Again, please call so we may discuss in further
detail.

"Time-After-Time, we have depended on Cam and his staff to come through with everything from great floral arrangements, prom flowers,anniversary, vow renewal, and during our sadness's even funerals.

I have never been treated so well at the weakest moments of my live during the loss of our loved ones. His staff just makes it work, without us having to think of anything.

The best part work is that they are highly respected by peers and affiliates in this industry.

I soon found out...that kind of respect is hard to come by especially in today's busy world.

This florist goes the distance to make sure your transistions in life are both appreciated and respected. They don't drop the ball or pass it...they make sure to follow through with the shot all the way to the basket...

I just have to repeat it...

"If you have ever had a bad experience with a florist of any kind...go to House of Flowers...they set the standards for all florists" and really helped during our hours of need.
