At one time I used to love Macaroni Grill but after eating there on March 19, 2012 (Monday evening at 8:30pm). The place is NOT the same. I will NEVER be back. I used to love their salad called Ensalada Blue and I appreciate the waiter George who asked if the chef if he could try to recreate one for me. The place was very slow on a Monday evening and service was extremely slow. Everything from the water to the bread took along time. We were there close to 45 min. before our food was served and the waiter brought the salad to me and I knew right away it was not the Ensalada Blue. There was NEVER meat on it! It was this horrible salty meat capicola. which was NOT on the original salad. I had bragged to my friend about this place and brought them with me and I was embarrased over the whole experience! The waiter added 5.00 to my bill for the meat on my salad. I picked out every piece. I tried to argue about the bill but the waiter George said i had to pay for the meat.. We will not be returning so CIAO to Macaroni Grill!!

This MacAroni Grill is always so packed. At first, I couldn't understand why b/c first couple of visits, I was disappointed. But it's starting to grow on me. There's something for everyone. I really like that seafood pasta dish. The pasta was al dente, and the sauce was perfect for people concerned about the salt content. Good bread too! Long waits - 30-45 minutes early during the weekends.

It's a little pricier than I'd like, but the food is authentic and filling, the decor is warm and stylish, and the service is fantastic. This place caters to both adults with a large selection of wine and kids with a kids' menu and a tablecloth (butcher paper) that you can write on with crayons. The complimentary bread, which seems to be fresh out of the oven, could serve as an appetizer by itself. I also really like the Italian sodas.

Pros: Service, food, fun atmosphere

This is my mom's favorite place to eat. It's like the Chili's equivalent of Italian food (I think they're from the same company)... My favorite dishes are the insalata blu (which is huge for a salad) and the Honey Balsamic Chicken... Also if you want be creative, you can create your own pasta from a variety of noodles, sauces, and other ingredients. But don't order their spaghetti and meatballs... I think my mom can make it better.
