If your real want to get results, and don't have a lot of time to spend in the gym, this is the best place to go. The staff are always helpful, and never to busy to talk to you what ever your situation is. A lot of the members have never been in a gym before, so I don't fell out of place. I have already lost 15lbs in the last 45 days with the help of there personal training staff. I have 10 more to go, and then I am going over to 24hour fitness and prance around. Also I can believe how neat and clean the place is, no matter what time i come. I am a simple person, who just wants to look good this summer, and did not know where to start. I am glad my friend told me about this gym.

OK on all counts except their ad claimed no enrollment fee and $17 per month. There actually was an enrollment fee hidden as a "rate lock-in." The "$17 per month" was really only for the first month, but they don't tell you that in the ad. You have to pay the lock-in fee to keep $17 per month for the first year (and THEN they can still increase your rates).

PROS: day care for up to 2 kids
CONS: false ad claims and crowded

$9 a month with no contract. My wife and I signed up a year ago just for the free daycare. Pretend to be working out 3 nights a week and you have a really cheap babysitter. Seriously, they have all the modern equipment and fitness trainers are available anytime you need them. Clean friendly facility with no contracts. You can't beat it. I personally have lost 10 lbs since we started going. Before Fitness 19 I never joined a gym because you get stuck in those lifelong contracts you can't ever get out of without ruining your credit. It can get busy, especially between 7 and 8 at night . If you can go during the daytime it is relatively quiet and you can get the machine you want. Also, the trainers aren't busy and can spend more time with you. Weekends are crazy too.

This membership gym is very clean and bright and is small enough to be personal yet is not crowded with lots of people.
Their membership fees are very reasonable also.

Great local gym, great price compared to others. New equipment, lots of good music and tv's. Staff is courteous and answers questions. Has child care, lockers. Clean restrooms.

PROS: Small, local location, great price
CONS: Small, not open 24 hrs.
