Craig Fernandez, manager of the SB location, is a lying, cheating, heartless thief and low-life who has a history of doing shoddy work and not fixing it according to his warranty (despite claims of wanting "complete customer satisfaction"). Him and his son Robert apparently have a whole set-up where they lie to people and cover for each other. Vomit.

I was very patient with this company. I spent several thousand dollars of my hard-earned money out of pocked (not insurance) to fix my car. They were happy to take my money and unhappy to fix my car.

They messed up on a repair 3 times in a row and I had to bring it in 3 times before they got it close to right, and even then it wasn't right. The whole time I was treated like a burden, which I did not appreciate because they were the ones putting me out and it took them 3 times to get a simple repair done right. They did not offer me a rental, I asked for it repeatedly to practically rolling eyes.

Craig Fernandez failed to keep an appointment with me and wasted my time. I was also given a promise that certain work would be done to correct a mistake made by this company. They not only did not follow-through on what they promised me, but they attempted to try to blame me for it and lie further. "We can't do it because of this and that, there's nothing we can do"..Well, Craig, how about you could fix what you broke.

They also messed up my brakes in the process and scowled at me and refused to so much as look at what they did.

His company botched my car while trying to make a repair, and would not repair what they botched. They refused to make it look like it did before they messed it up, despite a promise to do so. When held to their word, it became "you misunderstood what was said", and lie after lie after lie. How they could attempt to try to blame anyone else for their mess shows what lazy scumbag sociopaths these guys are.

It is no suprise when he accidentally revealed to me that he's had many situations where the customer is not satisfied and he said he always tells them the same thing - "I can't do anything". It would at least be more honest to say "I'm a lying scumbag thief who is too lazy and greedy to want to do the right thing". Or something like that. There are much better places in town to go to, I found out. Please spare yourself and try somewhere else. They may give decent (cheaper) estimates, but there's a reason for that - 101 Collision in Santa Barbara and Craig Fernandez suck!!
