Make sure if you want new hair color especially bleach don??t go see (I think her name is Jen? she is the skinny girl her boyfriend is a Mgr at Pagliacci Pizza.) Jen she has ambition and came from a ??known? Seattle salon so I thought she could maybe do it! She had me ready to go from dark red to pale blonde. Jen did a double processed bleaching and then repeated it over and over. 10hrs later I cried my way out of Acme at 11pm on a very sad summer evening. My hair was now literally bubble gum and I had no pigment left. Jen still charged me even though we had a fight about it and ended up handing over $180.00 the owner said nothing.

The next day when I woke up huge clumps of hair had fallen out. The $500 wig that was attached to my head for months was not as painful as the bleach burns that I still have on my scalp.

A week later I made myself spend the money and see a certified hair colorist. The colorist said that Jen at Acme should have known that bleaching for 10hrs was a BAD idea. Jen was a licensed cosmetologist and should have had her licenses taken. Jen went against the laws of hair coloring to try to gain a new client.

Hopefully Jen has learned a thing or two about bleach. I know that I will never say anything about over priced Seattle salons again. They know what they are doing, they are brutally honest, but they work hard to keep a high profile and actually care about how you leave their established salon. Maybe that is why Jen doesn??t work at a salon anymore...

p.s. if you are looking for a fast cut (guys) go to Acme Im gona guess they have the hair cuts down. Or check out zero zero, Rudy's, seven, and other places on the hill.
