Balmer Gonzalez

I made an appointment with Balmer. He suggested the time but didn't show and didn't call. I waited and called twice to see if he had any problems but never heard back. Big waste of time.

Balmer is such a great man! He is so hard-working and honest, like a brother to me. We first hired him at work to help us with some repairs and he did such a great job that he is the ONLY one we will call for help. If he's busy, we wait. After seeing what a great job he does, I hired him to help me with some repairs at home and he came 1hour after I called him and helped me get it done THAT DAY. When I didn't know what to do he took over and taught me how to fix it. Again, such a great man - one of the best I've ever met.

Balmer speaks great English and is an excellent communicator. He's trustworthy -- we leave him in our house by ourself. Though he's a sole proprieter, he makes a valiant attempt to be there when you need him. His personal rate is reasonable and brings in helpers at a more reasonable rate. Helped us remodel our garage and bathroom. Always available on his cell phone. Has worked on a number of houses on our street. My only concern is that someone hires him full time and we lose him.
