.

My son started karate when he was 5 years old. I thought that he would overcome his shyness. He was able to go to tournaments and won some trophies. We had to pull him out because of class schedule and school work load. If asked if he would come back to this school he might.

.

We had our daughter participate in their martial arts program when we first moved to Brentwood six years ago. My wife & I also had the opportunity to join their cardio kickboxing classes which was a great workout. They also provided family membership discounts that helped out financially. The facility is in a satisfactory location but was very difficult during the really "hot" 100 degree Brentwood days since there was no air conditioning and their high-powered fans with doors open could only help so much. Not sure if they have it installed now since we haven't been part of the program for some years now.

We are no longer part of the program since our work schedule changed and their were no evening classes available for my daughter to participate in. But they are a good school that had a culture of really teaching their students self-defense and not just burning their energy.
