I had heard about gyrotonic classes and wanted to take one myself to get an idea of the tower pully system. After doing some research, I found Pilates Eagle Rock and took a class. It's not like anything I've ever tried before; actually, I think before taking this type of class, you really need to be strong in pilates - otherwise all the spine twisting may cause some aches in your back.

I'm not a pilates person, but someone who suffered from back and neck pains like myself recommended it. So instead of enduring the pain, I decided to give pilates a try. I am sooo happy that I did because it's strengthen my inner muscles making my back and neck pain fade almost completely! I'm instructed in the importance of posture and working the correct muscles. I couldn't be happier with the results. My main fitness passion is jogging, and now that my back and neck feel better, I'm starting to go for an ocassional jog. YEAHhhh! Call Jennifer and schedule a class. You'll feel the difference after the FIRST class. Try her and you'll see.

Talk about great service, clean equipment and experts in what they do! The knowledge these instructors have and the rigorous classes they go through to make sure their clients achieve their goals are very inspiring. Knowledge is power, and applied knowledge is what Jen does in her studio. It works! I couldn't recommend them any higher. You won't regret it!

Cons: no such a thing
