Worst ever customer service 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

If you feel a little guilty that Life is too good to you visit Sears Tire Center at Eastridge... if not, you just may feel like going postal after you leave...

Here is my story - called ahead to check if they had my tire in stock, they did. Spent 32 min waiting in line in a very hot nausiatingly smelly room. The guy taking orders was acting as if he was paid to work as slow as he possibly could. He said there was suppose to be another person working the floor, but they don't know where he went... Started chatting with other people waiting, they told me that this location is always bad as far as wait time and customer service, but since it is the closest one they still go there...

After the order was finally taken I went to the mall where I got a call that my tire is not in stock and they will install something else!!! Luckily, I had the name of the person who told me he saw in stock. 10 min later they called me to tell they found it and it is going to be installed right away. It turned out to be that "right away" at that place meant another 35 min because than I got back to the office my car was still sitting outside and they took another 15 min to bring it in after I yelled at them. So, 3 hr to change one tire!

I had worse service, but not in this country... how do they even stay in business?
