So we get there and its late at night on a Friday and we decide to go to the restaurant/bar for drinks. Great staff!! That was the only positive was the staff was very friendly. The next day we just want to sit by the pool and relax, that was our plan. That did not work out, the pool is located IN THE PARKING LOT! So the view you have while your relaxing is cars driving and parking all day long, which I might add the children?s playground is also located in the parking lot next to the pool and main entrance. We could not get from our room to the lobby without going outside, so this was basically a MOTEL on a golf course. If you want to go the restaurant, better get in your car and drive, if you want to go get a bicycle at the fitness center, better get in your car and drive, and the water park for kids, better get in your car and drive. So all else end fails we decide to hang out on our back porch, have some drinks and order room service. NO ROOM SERVICE!!! Are you kidding me!! Never in my life have I ever paid $200.00 a night at a resort where they did not have room service. We were so fed up with this place we decided to check out a day early and let them keep our money. Home was more fun and more relaxing than this place. I would not suggest this resort to my worst enemy!! Oh and one more thing, the rooms were below average and the shower was HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN!! Motel 6 is better than this motel! Live and learn.

This place is quickly turning into yesterdays news. It's run down and they are cutting back on activities. The pools are not always open, the lower sports center is mostly closed. In fact they use the back area of the SC which used to house a cool little burger place as a storage area. The spa down there is always broken, and they told me it's too expensive to fix properly. \r\n\r\nService @ the main hotel is with an attitude. Don't tick off the front desk with ANY special requests, and avoid the older ladies who work there. Birdie's Cafe' is an OK place to eat, when they decide to open it. Be prepared to fend for yourself. \r\n\r\nThe whole place needs some fix up and a good cleaning. Especially BOTH sports centers.

Pros: Decent enough golfing and biking

Cons: Nothing else to do

Eagle Crest Resort has a lot to offer for just about anyone. Their golf courses are top notch, with many beautful views. The festival of lights during the holidays is a nice touch. The townhouses were recently updated and are quite spacious. Bike trails galore. The new Village is a great addition, with the Silver Leaf Cafe a great spot.

This resort is beautiful. In winter they host a festival of lights on the golf course and a wonderful display of Christmas trees in the lobby. The resort itself is clean and well kept and the rooms are cozy and warm. It is rustic, yet close enough to Redmond and Bend to be convenient.
