Had them wash and clean my BMW, went home only to discover my mirror cover on the passenger side was missing, noticed bird dropping on the front of the hood, they couldn't even clean that. Went back to Sparkle, at first, the gal denied that there was any part there, finally after they knew I wasn't leaving, she came out with it in parts, busted. I went into the store and an emplyee must have gotten the manager or ? she said that it was cracked because she noticed it when she washed it. I asked her to point out where it was cracked, because I couldn't see any dirt where it should have been. All there is is fresh cracks, wouldn't do anything about it. Now I have a busted mirror. I will not go back.

On the 4th of July,2011. My husband took his car for shampoo. He paid $80 for the seats and carpet. When he got the car back, the carpets and seats were still dirty; only wet and perfumed. The next day, I went back to informed them what happened and one of the ladies said to me to come the next day. I did so. Wednesday morning I went back and they told me to speak to Roy, the man in charged. Roy was not having any eye contact with me, while I was telling him about the unfinished service. He said to come the next morning. Today I left my car after 9:00 am. They never called me, so I went to get it. The lady told me that Roy said to leave my car the way it was, because I needed to pay more. She only cleaned half of the car. When I tried to speak with Roy, he said to me in a mean way, that they were done with the car. I said no, they only cleaned half of the car. Roy said we are done with you. I said that I was a local and a loyal customer. He responded not you are not. I asked for my money back. He refused and walked out. This happened in front of customers. This incident for me has been so embarassing and I feel emotionally damaged. I do not know were to seek for help!

I have never encountered such terrible service... and when I brought it to the attention to the employee that runs the front register, I was treated very rudely!
I was there for a car wash and waited 50 minutes and my car still was not finished completely. When I KINDLY (and I say that sincerely), brought it to the attention of the gentleman who runs the register, I was treated terribly, given a refund and was then told to leave without them finishing my car.
GOOD customer service goes like this: Apologize, give the refund and offer to complete the service you waited 50 minutes for in the first place. What is wrong with these people?

Its all good, that why they invented card dispute services at your bank to handle substandard businesses like these. Hopefully they will close up soon so a red lobster can go in it place

I will not be visiting the "auto spa" again.After waiting almost 45 minutes for a simple wash I got into my car and it looked as if they did not touch it!The wait is too long,the price is too high and the workers could care less.

9/15/10 I went in to get my truck washed and did not realize the people in the back vaccuming could not speak english,some one came up and helped.Up on trying to pay ask Roy if Marvin was coming back, he went off on me like a crazy man,actually was trying to give a compliment when i was told to get out,leave! and not to come back.the quaility
of wash keeps getting worst,so roy will not have to worry about
us coming back, as our friend that go there said they didn't need,what I got,as we will never step foot in there again.

well the car wash was really good but what caught my attention was that there is a drug dealer name paco and he sells the best stuff in town. not that i do the drugs but my friend is the one who dose it and so if you are looking for some drug go to sparkle auto wash :)

Now that everyone has experienced Roy the owner. He has more up his sleeve. He is not only too cheap to really clean the cars with his undocumented workers . Now the only normal person is gone the oil manager. Instead a kid will help you with your oil change and a SPARKLE CAR DRYER EMPLOYEE will be there changing your oil. Roy is so cheap he is using untrained employees to work on YOUR INVESTMENT. i saw it with my own eyes. look under your car when you get home be aware. Skip this place you personal service is gone with the oil manager.

We utilize a seat cover but still some dog fur does find it's way to the carpet and the back of the front seats. The people who did the cleaning and wiping down after the car was washed did a great job. The problem was with the vacuum job. When we noticed the rear seats and rear floors were still dirty, we asked if we could have the rear seat area vacuumed again. The people who worked originally vaccuming our car DID NOT respond but in stead summoned the manager. He stated "This is covered in detailing and you will need to find another car wash!" I responded, "Vacuumming is what we paid for, that's not detailing!" He walked away. This man is rude and would not even look at what we were asking to be re-done. Was told my oil change would be $24.99 with half off my wash/detail. Well, the whole package should have been free. Never in all my life have I had such an unprofessional experience at a "supposed" reputable place of business! First of all, if only one person is to perform my oil change, why in the he** did I get swarmed by about 5 men??? Throwing out all these different packages at me? I told them what I wanted, and was then directed to the lobby. Upon entering the lobby, this OOmpa Loompa character proceeds to harass me about my winshield!!! Repeatedly!!! He claimed I have about 5-10 things wrong with it..Blah Blah Blah. Everyone there works for hourly pay plus commission. ANNOYING!!!! I was told it would take about 1.5 hours for my car to be finished. After TWO, I called and was told to pick it up. So I arrive and pay my large bill. I went to get into my car and was told all my carpets were still really wet, and to lay out all my floormats. They had rolled them up like some old Van Halen posters and crammed them behind the driver's seat. Once at home I looked over my car again..I'm pretty sure they gave me someone elses antenna..they chipped the hood..could still see my kids fingerprints on the windows...etc..So I called the spa and got "ROY". What an inconsiderate, rude, ill-mannered S.O.B.!
I told him why I was unhappy and he then argued rudely, and said I was stretching it about the chip in my hood. Claimed he didn't do it. After 5 minutes of my ears burning from his lies..I told him he was an A**HOLE and that he'd hear from my lawyer.
But it's not worth my time or energy to go back to that shotty place. DO NOT GO TO SPARKLE AUTO SPA!!!!!!!

Never in my life have been treated so badly after paying for a service.
I found a dripping wet truck, my rubber mats in a pile on the floor with standing water(carpet soaking wet), dirty and unvacuumed interior. When I first arrived I was very clear about wanting a clean interior was what I was looking for, I got the exact opposite. My Mom told me that the owner was a VERY nice and upstanding man. I thought he would be unhappy to know that his employees are trashing his customers' cars. As I approached him and asked if he was the manager, he was hostile from the beginning. All I wanted to do was make him aware, so that his business wouldn't fail from such horrible work being done!

Well...the joke was on me! He told me that they aren't perfect and that I should go to Wash and Roll!! He was so incredibly rude and direspectful...I was in shock. I really should have demanded my money back, but I was just in complete shock and didn't think of it. The only thing I can think of...this guy in going out of business and doesn't think twice about taking peoples' money for nothing and treating them like garbage!

I never check these until after I have a bad experience. How can this place stay in business?? I had a wash and carpet cleaning. They missed alot on the carpets. It's real obvious but oh well. Just a few months back my antenna was missing so I bought an after market one at a parts house. A few days after going to Sparkle I noticed a big semi circle gouge in the paint at the base of the antenna. Then I noticed that I now had a factory style antenna instead of the one with the wire wrap I had just purchased. I called and the manager was supposed to call me the next day. Next day hours pass so I call and talk to Roy who I was told is the manager. I tell him what happened and he says "I don't think so". I reemphasized and he just repeats "I don't think so" a couple more times, then says "bring it in" and hangs up on me. No warm fuzzy feeling there. I know it's a waste of fuel but I drive down there. Roy comes out and says "we didn't do that" a couple of times. I explained how I just put a new antenna on and he walks off without a word. I follow him into his office (where he has a pile of antenna's), pulls one out with a wire wrap and half of the paint missing, swaps the antenna's and tells me "goodbye". I tell him I want the owners number. He writes in info on himself and says he's the owner. So much for customer relations. It's a wonder how a little pencil neck guy like Roy isn't sporting a black eye with the way he treats customers and his dishonest way of doing business. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere reputable. Sparkle is anything but honest or reputable.

Wow...this is pretty discouraging. I came online to get the phone number and read all the very negative reviews and will now think better of going there. Now, lest you think I am being unfair, I also heard another story which I will share. While I was shopping in a local store in Casa Grande, the owner of the store came in and said that she had just had the worst experience at Sparkle Auto Spa. She was very upset because the staff and "manager" there had treated her so rudely. Because Casa Grande is a small community it is important to provide good customer service and foster good community relationships. Too bad the owner of Sparkle has not gotten the message.

Worst customer service! I purchased an express wash/wax on my truck. When my truck was done, my wife had pointed out some smudges and black marks that remained. The attendant didnt really seem to care or want to help. The inside had not been wiped down either. When I returned later to talk to "Roy" about the situation, I expected him to appoligize and just remove the smudges. Thats all I had wanted. But before I could even show him anything he started with an attitude. I walked him around the truck and pointed some things out. He claimed they were scratches and said it was my problem and they werent there after they washed it. Weird, my wife had earlier pointed them out. I found out Roy is not the manager, he is the OWNER. He never let me finish my sentences. Wanted to argue. Set a great example in front of his employees! Why would I expect a pleasant experience if this is how they are with everyone. Read these reviews, they speak for themsevles. This owner Roy is the worst businessman I have ever met and I hope his business fails because of his attitude. Sometimes you have to swallow your pride and just appoligize, take care of the situation, and train your staff to do a better job. I promise this would save you all of these negative reviews. Roy, if you are that miserable, hate washing cars, and taking care of paying customers that pay your bills so much, why dont you just get another job? What goes around comes around Roy.

Lines are super long customer service is poor. I've been in the past but they have new owners or managers and most the staff have changed. A year ago this place was the best in town, I even dropped close to $700 for a years pass. I don;t think I spend $100 for a year pass now let alone the cost of a single car wash here.

I've given this place many times to redeem themselves and they just do a poor job. There's no service and I waited 45 minutes for my car last time. I like shopping there, but as far as cars go, don't go there. They cracked my oil washer which made my oil leak and their car washes are bad, with worse service.

Then a new owner took over and the place went down hill so faster than a mud slid. The do a poor job, have nasty workers, use low end equiment. I will NEVER go back unless they get a new owner.

Had a $20 gift card, and got the renew car wash for $21.99 on my 1987 Suburban. It is nice looking, stock black paint with only 100k miles. The carpets still had sand on them when it came out, and the paint was spotted all around the windows where they had over-sprayed the window cleaner, and whatever it was ate into the paint and spotted it. It was ugly. Then I noticed their wash had ripped the "Silverado 10" emblem off the side of the vehicle. they re-vacuumed it, still not great but I was more worried about the ripped off emblem. I asked them to go get it, and they found it, but offered no apology, instead blamed it on me and said my truck was too old to wash anyway. Can you imagine, they blamed it on my suburban! I asked for my money back and the manager/owner said, "Your car was too dirty." All it had on it was dust, and he insulted me again and again and finally said, "I'll give you $2 for the tape to stick the emblem back on." I left, went to the parts store, and bought the tape, it was $8, not $2, and came back with the receipt and he argued and then gave me $8 and said, "Fix it here and I want the rest of the tape." What a jerk. I told him I had no tools there to fix it, and did not enjoy being in his presence. So off I went, with him getting smart with me again as I left. Terrible place, crummy job, I had to wax my suburban immediately to get their window solvent off my paint and save it from further damage. If only I had just washed it myself! Never go to these rude, irresponsible jerks for anything.

I have recently started to patronize Sparkle Auto Spa after years of taking my truck to Phoenix car washes. The results have been fantastic. My truck constantly comes out looking better than any wash I ever received in the Valley. The employees are very courteous and the management thanks their customers. The prices are also reasonable for the facilities and quality of products that they have. I would definitely recommend Sparkle Auto Spa to anyone that cares about their vehicle.

On 6/13/08 I took my Venture van in for a wash. Since it had not been done in long while I purchased the "renew wash" at a cost of 21.99. When my vehicle was done 20 minutes later I noted that there were water spots all over the exterior, bugs on the hood and road grime still on the rocker panels. In addition to that my rear seats were folded down and I had to return them to their normal upright position. I could not immediately locate the supervisor so I proceeded to grab a towel and clean the bugs and water spots myself. After about five minutes the supervisor showed up and asked what the problem was. I told him this was the worst wash I had ever received at this facility and I was not pleased about spending over 20 dollars and the vehicle was not clean. He proceeded to wipe the remaining spots and remove the road grime and bugs. He asked me when he was done if that was all. I repeated that I was not pleased with the initial service. He said "Sorry about that" and left. Having owned a automotive service business in the past I feel there was more due to me than a "Sorry about that". An offer of my next basic wash at no cost would have been sufficient to satisfy my dissapointment. Additionally there was no General manager on the property to report my displeasure. I would not recommend this facility for anything other than a basic wash since anything more would be a waste of money. For the service I received today I could have had better at the $5.00 self serve wash!

In Casa Grande there is a dust storm every other day, so to make sure your car stays nice looking Sparkle is a good place to get your car professionally washed. They are full service and offer many services. Prices are fairly comparable to other car washes. For a basic wash you would expect to pay around $12 for an SUV or about $10 for a car.
