Range Restaurant

This place was pretty good. I went with 3 other foodies and we ordered 3 appetizers and 4 different entres. All of which were good but not great. My entre was the california white bass. The fish was fresh and quite nice, but there was nothing about the dish to liven it up. The service was good but nothing outstanding. Blue Plate beats this restaurant hands down when it comes to best restaruant in the mission

Range is an intimate little restaurant with just outstanding food and service. The menu is tiny but every thing I've had there has been delicious and incredibly savory, especially the coffee rubbed pork shoulder. Most entrees are in the $20 area and the only complaint is that I wish portions were a tad larger. They have nicely made cocktails as well.
