I took a down comforter to this dry cleaners to have it cleaned during the beginning of January 2011, it was supposed to be ready a week later (before we left to go out of town) and when we went to pick it up, it was still being cleaned. We left to go on vacation and we came home the first week of February and went in to pick it up, again. We got the blanket home took it out of the package and the whole comforter was stained with huge black spots! The very next day we took the blanket back and the daughter of the owner was extremely rude and told me if I wanted to have it re-cleaned I would have to pay again. I then spoke to her father (the owner) and he said he would send it in to have it re-cleaned right away. Two or three weeks went by and I finally went back in to pick it up, this time, the daughter didn't have any record of it being cleaned again, she had no idea where it was and she would have her dad (the owner) call me. The next day, I still did not hear from the owner so we went back in, the owner brought out the comforter, but before I took it I had him remove it from the packaging and to my surprise, there were even more stains on it. It looked as if they threw it in the back and literally dumped cups of black ink all over it. He once again, told me he would have it re-cleaned. The next time we went in to pick up, still completely ruined. I told him I would like a refund for the blanket, he said he could not do that unless he put it through his insurance, so I said I was fine with that, I brought him the tags from the original purchase and the amount I paid along with the store managers card and contact information from where I purchased it from. He said he would let us know within a week what was going to happen after that and he failed, once again, to contact us so we, once again, had to go back into the cleaners and again, the owner went in circles saying he couldn't refund us, but he sent the blanket back into the insurance place and they would send it out to be re-cleaned. Finally, last week, (May 25, 2011) my husband went into the cleaners to pick up and get a refund for the amount we paid to originally have it cleaned. When he brought it home, I took it apart and now its NOT even my comforter!! Its a totally different type of blanket, different brand, different tags, different everything!! I called him, and asked him what he was going to do about this now and he simply said, nothing. Enjoy your "new" blanket?!?! On top of all of this, we still have not received the credit to our bank account for the amount we paid!! I am out of ideas of what I can do and now I am out of a $300 Down Comforter.

We have been very happy with them for the past year. We use the location at Crismon and Baseline. My husband gets his work shirts laundered there. The owner has always been super nice to us. When I was pregnant he would carry my clothes out for me. I think there may have been a couple instances where the daughters may not have been super professional, but in my experience I mostly see the owner. Too bad people have had terrible experiences. I hope we don't have that problem. We really like them!

Press 4 Less is HORRIBLE. I could have excused the fact that they MISPLACED my formal dress, had the girl that was working at the store not be so OUTRIGHT RUDE. I took a dress in for pressing on a Thursday at 2-3pm and was told by one girl that it would be ready at 4pm the next day. I let her know that I would just be there to pick up the dress on Saturday morning when they opened. This dress was for a wedding that I was going to be in on that Saturday. When I went in to pick it up, they searched for 20 mintues to find the dress because it was lost. When they finally figured out that the dress was still at the cleaning plant they told me to come back in an hour. Call back later saying that I should atleast get a discount for not having the dress ready when it should have been. the girl I talked to said "That is NOT our policy, we are using our own gas money to go pick it up so it shouldn't be a big deal." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager. then she said " I need to call you back on another phone because this line is for our customers." When she called me back all she did was insist they didn't do anything wrong and kept saying that it wasn't a big deal because they were getting the dress. When I said that I just felt that it was wrong that they told me that I could pick up the dress Friday and I was coming in Saturday all she said was "well you didn't come in yesterday and it wasn't ready" WHAT IN THE WORLD!!! This place is awful and I will tell everyone I know NEVER TO GO THERE.

I will never do business with Press for Less again. I took 3 pairs of brand new pants (still with tags) to be altered to the Southern and Higley location. I wanted a 30 inch inseam and they told me I was wrong in the length I wanted them so I tried them on for the alterations person. They said I needed a 28 inch inseam. They marked them and sent them for alterations. When I picked them up (the day they were closing that location) the pants were about the length of ankle pants- they were really short. So, I immediately took them back and they said they would take out the hem and they would be ready at the Baseline location. I waited another week and picked up my pants. They let them out as far as they could go- even sewing a piece of lace on them so they could hem something. They are still too short and now also have uneven hem lines. So, 3 pairs of brand new pants are ruined because they don't listen to their customers. Very disappointing.

This is going to be a little long winded but worth your time to read...The customer service was worse then anything I've ever experienced...IN MY LIFE. I was quoted a completion date by one daughter which was not met. Another daughter was there and said she didn't know who quoted me that day but they shouldn't have and she would make sure they were done by the end of the following business day. I asked this daughter to call me as soon as they were done so I could pick them up for my vacation. I never received a phone call so there I went on a week vacation without this pair of shoes that I really wanted to wear for an evening out. When I returned from vacation and went in to get my shoes they were ruined. All I wanted was a little touch up and new soles. Now, I'm talking about a pair of dressy sandals...they put this huge rubber sole on them that was cut uneven, they scratched my shoes terribly and tried to cover it with black paint, they re-heeled the shoe with a brown heel which was originally black and there was glue all over them. I asked the two daughters that were working (the two mentioned previously) if they would discount it because they weren't able to get the job done prior to my leaving and they looked terrible. They said they weren't authorized to discount and I would have to come back the next day to talk to their father. So after being without my shoes for nearly a week and half, whats another day right? Wrong. The one daughter proceeded to make excuses, tell me it was my problem and took no ownership for the situation. They offered rude remarks, an unprofessional atmosphere, poor customer service and lie after lie. What was once a $60 pair of cute sandals is now an $80 pair of crap. Ultimately, I paid the $20 charge for my now ruined shoes and will never do business with this company again.
