Sears Optical

I got there on time, but the optometrist started the exam 40 minutes late, because arrived late. "She didn't plan for traffic" (not a good excuse, since I got there on time in the same traffic) which is just rude.
I expect that when I schedule appointments worth 100 dollars (a lot of money for me) for 30 minutes of time, a "professional' would have the courtesy to at least notify their staff and their clients if there will be such a big delay.
They did nothing really good to balance the rudeness.
And there was a balled up tissue next to one of the eye equipment machines. eew.

So for any of you with a job, don't go there on your lunch break. And don't expect them to care that they inconvenience you. Since it is in a mall, it would have been almost "ok" if only they had warned me she was going to be late, if so, I might have gone shopping. But they just let me sit there, as if she was going to "be here any minute". blech.

I like coming to Sears because you can get good clothing deals here and if you need your car looked at or new tires put on or get tires rotated, you can get that done too. I like you can have it done while you shop, and usually by the time your done shopping, so is your car.
