I recently was a patient at Dr. Raposo's office, and had a great experience. I was not at all thrilled to be there, as I am terrified of having dental work. The minute I walked in I was greeted warmly. The front desk girls were extremely helpful in explaining the costs and looking up what my insurance would cover. My implant surgery was also very "pleasant" Dr Raposo was very thorough in explaining the procedure, he took the time to answer all my questions, and had a great sense of humor. His assistant was very caring, and put my nerves at ease. I highly recommend this office.

I have worked with Dr. Raposo for nearly ten years and found his treatment planning, clinical judgment and skills to be excellent. I continually referred patients to his practice in large part BECAUSE of the post-operative hand-holding he and the staff provide, and the amount of positive feedback we received from our patients who went to his office.
I recall the events surrounding Rachel H's unfavorable review, and believe this to have been an isolated event, arising from an unusual combination of unfortunate circumstances. Bottom line is this: would I go there? absolutely. Would I continue to refer patients there? Deifinitely. I am currently on sabbatical from clinical dentistry, and am not (nor was I ever) in a position to gain financially by recommending Dr. Raposo. Nor would I ever accept any kind of financial perk for rating something I didn't believe in. It's not in me. Be well. Thomas J. Greany, DDS

I had my 4 wisdom teeth taken out. Very nice people, but I have to be truthful - bedside manner and accounting were terrible. Raposo went on vacation right after surgery. I had complications - dry socket and he was not around and didn't suggest any other surgeon to see or call during his office's vacation. One nurse was able to come once in awhile to help me with the pain, but it was far from helpful. I ended up going to my dentist who was incredible - even gave me his cell number and had me call home over the weekend so he could help me....cleaning up after the surgeon and didn't take a penny for it. The dentist, if you are looking for one, is Dr. Graney - 303 666 4499. Again nice people, but it was not all about their patients. It is about them and when they are open for business. Sorry, but true.
Then insurance came along. My dental insurance instructed them to submit to my medical insurance. They didn't - they say they can not do it because they don't have the codes. Well, get the codes! Get the program! Just do it. Why not help your patients!? Make life easier for them! Now I have to submit the claim myself - collect all the information from them, PAY the bill because their accountant is going to put it into collections, and I they attached late fees.
Also, I received this surgery in August and my dental insurance didn't receive anything until October. With the complications with submitting to my medical insurance, it didn't leave much time for the bill to go into collections.
This office is full of nice people but they do not TAKE CARE OF YOU.
