I went here and not only were the floors nasty and there was blood on the floor in my room (In the ER). But the Doctor had absolutely no bed side manner nor did his staff. They were harsh with me and instructed me to apply heat to a cyst which within 2 hours of doing so landed me 6 days in a different hospital where I was informed that was a no no. I would rather bleed out on the street then return to this hospital.

We went to the ER late on a Friday night for a broken hand. Care was probably standard for an ER, but that doesn't make it ok. We saw the Dr. for about 15 seconds - and he didn't even talk to us. Later someone who couldn't explain what she was doing in language that we understood came in to wrap the broken hand, without us even knowing the problem. The wait time wasn't bad, but I wasn't impressed with the level of communication.

BE VERY CAREFUL AT JOHN C. LINCOLN HOSPITAL in Phoenix, AZ. It??s a dangerous and potentially deadly place to go for even simple testing or medical care. I don??t think their "Magnet" status takes into consideration all of the hidden cases where they have endangered and/or caused the wrongful death of a patient. Those incident and occurrence reports, as they are known, are kept confidential - not even an attorney can get their hands on one.

I believe our beloved family member would be alive today had she not checked into John C. Lincoln North Mountain. They are caring on the outside and have great public relations, but they are ruthless and negligent on the inside.

Stick with a Banner Health or other medical facility that actually cares about patient safety and good quality care. I wish we would have chosen Banner over John C. Lincoln, but we didn??t know better at the time. I hope this information helps someone avoid the deadly mistake we made.

We have been patients at this ER a few times and we have always had great experiences with the staff and short (or relatively short) wait times. The rooms are in great condition since the remodel.
