Richmond American Homes

Currently in the process of building a home in Whisper Rock, a Richmond American neighborhood. Love the neighborhood. I've found that you really have to stay on the staff for answers to questions that you may have. And expect a lot of VERY basic amenities in the house (poor carpet, bad linoleum, etc). The upgrades will cost you some loot.

PROS: Great locations, friendly staff
CONS:

Very poor workmanship in the homes in my neighborhood. You must be very persistant with them to complete warrenty work. I would never buy another Richmond Home because of our experiences
