Beware!!!!! My dog was there for 2 days and came home with Fleas. That is not even the worst part, They washed him with flea shampoo and when we picked him up didn't say a word about him contracting fleas. We didn't find out till almost 24 hours later when our dog had been let free to rome the house that he had fleas. So I called the owner and left a message about what had happened. The owner called my wife back 3 days later and was condecending stating that she was crazy and that he could care less. Trust me BEWARE do not take your dog here.

horrible.

we took our cocker spaniel there and she got violently ill. when i went to complain, the ceo of the company was there for some reason. she didn't care. she wouldn't refund my money, and she told me i had to read the fine print before i dropped my dog off there. later, i heard the franchise owner went bankrupt. I urge fellow dog owners to put a stop to this

Our Basset Hound had the time of his life here, playing with the dogs and being well attended by the staff. We got to watch him on the WebCam. The faciity was cleaner than a lot of the human hotels at which I have stayed.

We've taken our dogs to the Littleton Camp Bow Wow for 4 years. They love it - and are always very excited to go (I'd be concerned if they weren't). Everyone knows our dogs by name when we walk in. The owner and his staff are friendly and caring.

They are very concerned about the well-being of our pets - even to the extent of shutting the facility down when a bad upper respiratory virus was hitting all of the kennels (not just Bow Wow) a while back. This wasn't a virus that bordatella protects against, so they ensured that their clients wouldn't be further impacted by taking what I'm sure was a huge financial hit, shut down and cleaned from top to bottom to decontaminate the facility. A gentle reminder...we, as pet owners, also have a responsibility not to take our pets when they are not feeling well. If you don't care what your pet is exposed to, I would recommend a dog park where there's not any control over vaccinations or health of the dogs. Otherwise, if your dog is not feeling well (especially coughing), DON'T TAKE THEM to doggie day camp!!

I'm disappointed to see the other reviews bashing the owner. Many of the employees have been there for a long time - which tells me that perhaps those who are writing bad reviews might be part, if not all, of the problem. This has got to be a tough business to run and one would anticipate high turnover, so when there is longevity, someone is doing something right!

Bottom line - I would (and have) recommend the Littleton Camp Bow Wow to anyone. They are wonderful and provide a great service!

I worked at camp bowwow for almost a year, at first i loved it but then I realized what a horrible manager we had. He does not treat his employees with any respect and he runs his business poorly. He screamed and yelled at me for a simple mistake, and made me cry more then once. When I had surgery he lectured me for taking time off. I finally had enough and quit after he screamed at me and called me a incompetent lire because I was home sick with a really high fever. I love the dogs at camp bowwow and all of the employees are great but the manager is an irrational crazy business owner.

The manager at this establishment is crazy! He yelled at me for bringing in my dog because she coughed even though I explained it was because she just ate a bunch of cream cheese and needed a little water. . . He screamed curse words at me and handled my puppy so roughly that he ripped her new collar. He placed her with the other dogs until I could come to pick her up even though he suspected that she had kennel cough!

The owner of the Littleton Camp Bow Bow roughly handled a puppy to the point of ripping her collar! He also cussed and yelled at a customer over a false claim he was making.
Do not take your dog here!

I bring my 2 dogs to Camp Bow Wow Littleton and I always pick them up happy and tired. The staff seems very professional and they always know my dogs by name. I have met the owner frequently when I drop off my dogs and he has always seemed very caring and a true dog lover.

I observed this man at Outback Steakhouse, in Highlands Ranch scream obscenities at the Servers, Greeters, Bar, and the Manager. He was so scary that Management had to ask him to leave. He was there for his staff Christmas Party, cursing every dirty word in the book, in front of his teenage staff. It was terrible. Apparently he called ahead and a table wasn't ready for his large party. Outback does not have a banquet room, they were doing the best they could to accommodate his party. I was so upset over this do to the fact that I have taken my dog to Camp Bow Wow. If he can act like this in a public place, in front of his teenage staff, in front of the public, what is he doing to the dogs? Please, do not take your dog here, after seeing this with my own eyes, I can't shake the thought of what he is doing to these animals.

We boarded our greyhound here in June of 06 for 5 days. On the second or third day, we received a call from them asking us if we knew how his left back leg had been injured. We told them it was an old racing injury and that he tended to favor the leg when nervous. They accepted that answer and gave no further information. When we returned home and arrived to pick him up, we found that he had a gaping, oozing, open wound on the aformentioned leg. They NEVER told us he had a fresh wound! We suspect that it happened at their facility and they placed that call to us in order to make it look like he was injured when he arrived- He WASN'T! A $300 vet bill later, we vowed never to utilize this company again. The owner of the facility wouldn't even return our calls, much less do anything to right the situation.

Our beloved Afghan Hound died after contracting a respiratory infection after spending the day at this facility. How do we know? On the way out, the manager informed us that we should keep an eye on our dog since the had an "outbreak" of kennel cough...Even though our dog had been vaccinated for Bordatella, he contracted the disease and within days it turned to pneumonia. He was hospitalized and put in quarantine. Despite excellent care, he went into kidnet failure and we were forced to put him down rather than have him experience a slow painful death. The owner of the facility has not returned our calls...However, we've heard that another Denver based Camp Bow-Wow has experienced a similar outbreak.

My dog just stayed at the new Littleton Camp Bow Wow and seemed to enjoy it a lot. Esy to tell since I was able to watch him playing with the other dogs on webcam. The facility is clean and well maintained; the staff is friendly to people and dogs; and the prices are reasonable. He'll be going back again.
