I had a less than desirable experience with these folks. Here are the facts: I bought a car. The dealer salesman told me once they had the $ the delivery co. had 5 days (no including sat & sun) to pick up and 5 days to deliver. They didn't pick the car up for 7 days and delivered in 8 (to include sat & sun). I was told by Angels that this info was wrong, dealers fault.

BUT on the call when I was complaining the condescending women responded, "What do you think I can pull and truck and a driver out of thin air." That is the issue I have. The customer service at this point was awful. I called the dealer to complain, spoke to the manager who reports the salesman was wrong in telling me the timeframe he did but that the way I was treated by Angels was wrong and that he would call. I then received a call from Angels with such an 'over done' conversation that it was annoying. Like, "How is your day.... OH wow you bought a new car you must be so excited, What did you get , oh wow, what color? oh wow that will be real nice, etc ,etc." Am I the consumer that just won't be happy, possibly. What I wished would have happened on behalf of Angels is this: Treat me with respect when I call. If you can't deal with upset customers train your staff. If you made a mistake and had a customer with a bad impression of an employee own it and move forward simply and professionally. No need to go over board. The car got to me in one piece. Don't expect any definite delivery times, it's just not in the cards.

I have shipped over 20 cars with Dina and the gang and while I will admit there are problems, they bust their ass to deal with them and if its because of a bad driver, they don't use him or her again. When you deal with as many people as they do and lets face it, a truck driver isn't exactly a world class profession in the first place so maybe the negative reviewers should keep that in mind, there are bound to be communication as well as logistical errors.
All in all, they do a good job and are fast as hell.

I was just trying to do what I was told by her and figure out what was the next step to get my car picked up. She yelled at me and then hung up on me. When I tried to call back, all of a sudden no one was there to answer. So, then they were purposefully avoiding my calls. I ended up going with a different company, which I had NO problems with, but I should have never been treated this way after waiting weeks and being told my car would be picked up and to call back in a couple of days. This is the worst company with the worst customer service and the absolutely worst owner. She's literally insane, so please go somewhere else and save yourself the headache from her screaming and cursing at you.

One may view the president answering emails to the general contact email provided by transport reviews as refreshing. However after dealing with Dina it is obvious she should probably hire some staff to help with her customer service needs. - At least drop the president title when being condescending to your customers so it would not be such an obvious reflection of her company as a whole.

So after requesting a quote from NJ to HI, she responded with "Once again, a sedan, from New Jersey $975.00, p/u within 72 hours of booking."

I am not sure why she said "once again" as this was the first and only quote received from NJ...just odd but it makes sense later when she appears to have a crazy moment and snaps in a subsequent email. Since $975 seemed awfully low I attempted to confirm the price in a following email. She replied with "No, that is the price to the port in Long Beach." Confused now (as I never mentioned Long Beach as a destination), I quoted her $975 price and asked again for the price from NJ to HI. I can't help but suspect the lie a result of bait and switch tactics common in the industry.

She then flipped and said "Find someone else, your an ***hole."

Shocked by this, I replied dumbfounded starting off with "Huh? I just quoted where I got the number from in your last email." I also alluded to it now being necessary to do my part and put a review out there of my experience.

As with all companies, I am sure many customers go through the process glitch-free with Angels Moving Autos. I point this out because heaven forbid something goes wrong, I would hate to rely on service from someone that can be so grossly unprofessional on a random whim.

Still I guess I have to be grateful I saw crazy pop it's head out before I plopped my cash out. BUYER BEWARE.

Angels delivered with excellence. They were professional, responsive and reliable. I needed a car shipped from Oregon to Boston, Ma. Their quote was low, and for a little over $400 extra, I arranged to have my car trucked in a covered transporter. They arrived at the dealer at the promised time; the dealer was impressed with them, and the driver contacted me while en route to let me know his progress. 5 days later, he arrived in Boston and had the car unloaded when we met. The car was clean and I was totally satisfied. While I was inspecting the car, he pointed out a microscopic (truly!) chip on one door that he had seen when he picked up the car. The entire experience was not only painless but quite pleasant. I would recommend them without reservation, and am happy to have Angel give you my e mail so that you could contact me directly

I called Angels Monday August 2nd, I needed to have a car shipped to Texas by August 15th no later. I was told that was no problem, as long as I paid an "extra $100, I would knock a car off another truck, to be picked up earlier." I was told my pickup would be on the 5th or 6th of that week, and If I didnt pay the extra $100 it would probably be picked up early the following week.

I agreed and paid the extra $100. Order total was $850.

Come Monday the 9th I didnt hear from Angels, therefore I called them, told them I still didnt have a carrier assigned, and my car was never picked up. I was put on hold, then the woman got back on the phone and said we found you a carrier, they will come tommorrow, Tuesday August 10th, and it will be delieverd in Texas the following Monday.

I had no other choice to accept, even though I NEEDED it by Sunday, hence the whole reason I paid $850. I was told there is nothing they can do, and they WILL NOT refund me by extra $100.

Fine.

Come Tuesday, I didnt hear from the "driver" of the assigned company, so I called them, left a voicemail no response. Called Angels, they said the driver will come, the best we can do is just call. I pulled this company up online, "Monzon Auto Transport," and they had 2 bad reviews in the last few months. Now its 4pm Tuesday, still no phone call, nothing. I called Angels again, they said theres nothing they can do, the driver will come. I asked Sarah to call me either way before they left the office.
No phone call back from Sarah, no phone call from the driver and no car pickup.

Now its Wednesday August 11th, and I still didnt hear from Angels. So 2pmET I CALL THEM, to find out what there doing, and tell them the driver never came yesterday, and I still had my car The same car that was going to be picked up last week and delieverd to Texas by Sunday the 15th.You think they would have called me Wednesday morning, will an apology and a different carrier. NO. NOTHING.

The lady tells me "we are working on it, and trying to find you a different carrier, and your my number 1 priority, and will contact you back."

Absolute joke. These people show no remorse, they can care less that my car was never picked up, booked me late, with a bogus company, that never even showed up. Thanks to Angels, my car was never picked up, they did not call me once. I must have callled them at least 10 times the last 2 days, and was just told "your on the board, the driver will show up."

Disgrace of a company. DO NOT USE THEM EVER.

I asked for my depost refunded, and to cancel my order with a confirmation emil. I WILL make sure of this, and will post an update.

If I could rate this without a star rating I would. The vehicle was promised on many different dates, never arrived on time and owner operator was impossible to deal with. Do not do business with this company or you'll regret it. Terrible is the only word to describe my experience. The are complaints all over the internet for this company and I should have checked prior. This business actually posts on their own to show "satisfied customers." Owner operates under shameful practices and lies to customers. Don't bother, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Angels Moving Autos was great! I had to ship my car across the country in a short period of time and they got it done. The customer service people were great and very helpful. They were honest about the auto transport industry and directed me to a consumer review website so that I could make an informed decision about which company to use (whether or not I chose Angels). The pick up and drop off was on time and easy. If had to ship my car again, I would choose Angels Moving Autos.

Great driver, great service. I called on a Wednesday. Was picked up on Thursday and delivered on the following Tuesday. The person who received the vehicle was happy and I am happy. I would recommend Angels Moving Autos to anyone who has need of this type of service. It was my first time shipping a vehicle and I am so glad I used AMA. I recently moved my car from the northern suburbs of Chicago to southern Arizona using Angels Auto Moving. I was very happy with the process. I called on Tuesday morning, they called back that afternoon and said they had someone who would pick the car up tomorrow. Wednesday the car is picked up very smoothly, with the car transport of the just outside the mouth of the court. On Saturday, just 4 days later my car is delivered to my husband in Arizona. The driver was great about calling with updates as to pick up and delivery times, and showed a lot of concern regarding the cars in his care. I would not hesitate to use Angels again for my vehicle moves.
