We bought our first home in the seemingly impenetrable L.A. market. Tracy patiently guided us through the entire process on and off for almost 2 years via multiple offers and rejections. Along the way, she gave us the confidence that we'd find what we wanted and never once pressured or rushed us. When we're ready to sell and move-on, we'll be calling Tracy.
