There is not enough I can say about Roberta Jacobs. I went to her after years of mostly unexplained ill health, and she has made me a productive citizen again.
In addition to being a licensed acupuncturist, Roberta has a veritable alphabet-soup of certifications in various techniques to relieve allergies and promote detoxification and healing. Each protocol has its own specialized homeopathic and other remedies. I'm normally skeptical of "proprietary" blends, but I'm here to tell you THIS STUFF WORKS!! For example, a systemic candida overgrowth that had plagued me for over a decade was brought under control with just a couple of weeks' treatment with her special system -- WITHOUT the "die-off" that usually accompanies the cleansing. Also, my husband was able to give up nose sprays after THREE DECADES of near-daily use, after receiving ONE treatment and being sent home with a homeopathic sinus remedy!
Roberta also detoxed me for heavy metals, pesticides, and a variety of other things I would not have suspected as culprits in my condition. Again, there was little or no discomfort with these detox processes. My previous experiences with body cleansing had triggered debilitating fatigue and the need to stay close to a bathroom. Roberta put that problem to rest!
Unlike my previous experiences with allopath(et)ic medicine, this was not a scattershot approach. Roberta uses kinesiology to identify EXACTLY what is bothering you. It was SUCH a relief to know that I was getting a treatment that I needed and would be effective, rather than "try this for 2 weeks and give me a call".
Roberta was also able to use kinesiology to identify the stubborn cause of my persistent fatigue -- a FOOD ALLERGY! Changing my diet has changed my life... and I doubt I'd ever have known to do that if not for her.
Don't be put off by the "acupuncture" aspect, either. The vast majority of these treatments were NON INVASIVE... and even when she felt I needed a "traditional" acupunct
PROS: patron saint of hopeless causes!
CONS: limited office hours and no staff/assistants
