Qwest

Called this particular store to find out prices for cable and internet service. I was switched to several different people and they all had different answers. No one could give me a definant answer on prices or how long installation would take. Would not recomend this particular store.

I would not recommend using Qwest services. I have had problems with their land line telephone service as well as their cell phone services. Also had bad experience with their digital cable services. Everytime I tried to call Qwest to resolve an issue I was put on hold forever and then the problems were not even resolved. I ended up having to write a letter to corporate office and waiting six weeks to get my issue with them resolved and taken care of properly.

We have Qwest for our business ONLY because Cox was not available. I was surprised at the discounted rates for internet, but we have had so many problems with it, that I can understand why. Would recomment Cox.

I would not recommend Qwest for anything. We had too many problems with them and their customer service when we first moved here. So many problems that we decided to use Coxs digital telephone instead. Qwest customer service does not know what they are doing, and they do not train their employees correctly. Their internet is SLOW. I would suggest Cox Cable.
