Alexia Gallery is located in a nice part of Woodley Park. It is metro accessible so you dont have to worry about finding parking in the area. My fianc loves exotic jewelry so she loves this store because they have more unique items that are tough to come by. The prices are cheap and their selection is out of this world. Check them out if you are looking for something different.

Alexia Gallery in Woodley Park is the kinda place you might just walk past. It's a beensy little place sandwiched in between a row of restaurants and indeed you may not even see it at first. I know it flew under my radar for far too long.

This is one of those little second-hand kinda stores with very cool stuff, most of which has an Indian feel to it. From table runners to hand-made pottery to jewelry to oh gosh you name it and she probably has it somwhere in there. Things are piled here and there so you need to really stop and look everywhere or you just might miss that piece that would look perfect on your shelf.

Many of her pottery items are made by local artists and are just colorfully gorgeous. Lately I've been amazed how many great deals I've been running across... this store is nothing but one big deal waiting to happen. It's a haggler's dream.

PROS: Low prices, great items
CONS: A bit cramped
