Spumante

my husband has been looking for an authentic italian cheesecake and last night we found it at spumante's
we have been searching for years in restaurants,bakeries and trying manyrecipes the look of joy as my husband took his first bite made my month no my year

you cant order the wrong thing in spumante restaurant. the service is great and the chef will go out of the way to present you with a specail request. try to leave room for some dessert

I was hesitant to try another Italian reastaurant. I was happy with the 2 that I was a regular at. Guess what? I am now a regular at Spumante. The food is magnificent and the service is friendly and unpretensious. I was originally turned off because I heard that Tony (the owner) was from Venere in Westbury. It's a fairly decent place, but nothing I'd write home about. Very ordinary. But spumante?? Unbelievable. Tastes that you thought your mouth would never taste. Prepare to be amazed. I hope no one reads this so it doesn't get crazy!!

The Spumante Restaurant is one of the better Italian restaurants I have been to lately. For the appetizer I reccomend the Cozze in Bianco which is Prince Edward mussels and the Carcofi Ripieno which is the stuffed artichokes. For the main meal, I usually have the Bistecca alla Toscana which is a Rib Steak with mashed potatoes. I recommend this to Italian food lovers.

The Italian food at Spumante is very authentic. The Restaurant has a great bar and will cater any affair in their special occasions room. Spumante's best homeade italian specialty would have to be the Vitello Romana which includes veal sauteed with butter, onions, shiitake mushrooms,a nd marsala wine.
