S&S Restaurant

My friends and I go to S&S all the time for brunch after we go for a run. The place can get very busy but we think it is worth the wait. The breakfast menu has lots of options and they are great about being flexible with substituting egg-beaters or egg-whites for regular eggs and you get a lot of food!

The tuna sandwich and the boston cream pie are my favorities. A great place any time of day. Its a good place for groups also because there is lots of seating.

We were in Cambridge on a Sunday hitting the antique shops and were looking for a nice place to eat. We drove by S & S, and I told my husband to go back......it looked clean from the outside and there looked to be lots of people inside! This turned out to be a very nice deli type place. They were still serving breakfast at 2:30 pm on Sunday.....but they also offered their dinner menu. Every tray of food rushing by us looked so appetizing. I got a nice corned beef sandwich and hubby got a rueben. I also got a side of potato salad...which I loved.......but didnt really need........as my sandwich came with a mound of fries.. The place is super clean,,,,,,and they have a slew of waitstaff. There was no wait.....and the food came quickly. I already want to go back.

When I moved to Cambridge a lot of people told me to check out the S&S Restaurant. When I finally ate there I was under whelmed by the food based on what people had told me. Its a bit over priced, but the restaurant itself is really nice. Its good for when you are in a hurry and you can call ahead and pick something up. The staff was always really friendly to me, and many of them told me things to check out in the area because I had just moved there.
