i have been with this agency for awhile and have been treated well until today. I called the Thorp, Wi office to get information about transfering to Clearwater Florida. I was harshly and rudely told several times that there are no AMFAM ins groups in Florida.

We've only been with them a few years. But they are oh so friendly you could spend hours there chit chatting. If you ever have a question about billing there is always a friendly voice on the other end. It's nice to do business with an insurance company whom you can call, e-mail, or visit in person with any concern and you always know the person you are talking to.
