Fred Martin Chevrolet

Very Horrible. Got taken advantage of since I was a 1st time car buyer.My salesman was Mike K. He seemed nice but totally screwed us in the end. Told me I was approved for a loan and my payments were great and my interest rate was pretty low. A few days later Mike calls and says I need to come in and sign some papers because my payments are going down. I get there to find out I was never approved for a loan, because MIKE entered inaccurate information about my income. SO instead I got approved for a loan which made my payments go up $50 and my interest rate over 19%. They made me feel like I had no choice and couldn't back out and take my trade-in back. Which now I realize I probably could have. They need to make laws preventing greedy salesmen (like MIKE K.) from taking advantage of 1st time buyers! I would also give the 0 stars if I could!

While shopping for a vehicle I went into Fred Martin Chevrolet and walked out 2 1/2 hours later no closer to buying a vehicle than I was when I walked in. The salesman had no clue how to run a computer, I had to do searches for him. He had no idea how to talk to a bank about paying off a loan, I also did that for him. And he was insistent that I get a truck I wasn't even interested in. It wasn't what I was looking for and he knew that, but insisted that it was the best deal on the block. I was very disappointed in this establishment. Very poor customer service and very poor selection. If I could give them no stars I would!!!

PROS: None...
CONS: Poor service, poor selection.
