I was very happy with the great work and the speed with which it was completed. The seemed to know the problem very well and had things well under control. The car was done not long after noon and I was back on the road. I also thought the price was fair since it was far less than the last time a went to the dealer for anything.

Love this place! Even though my vehicle was totaled, the owner, Rich, and his staff gave me a sense of security dealing with them. My car was at a shop way out in Brooklyn and they were very accommodating picking it up. The staff was thoughtful and Rich was very hands on. He took the time to speak with me several times no matter when I called, answering all my questions and explaining things clearly. When I need service on my next vehicle I will definitely bring it here. I recommend this shop to anyone who might need their services.
