This was my first stop when bridal-gown shopping and unlike the previous reviewer's experience, my mother and I were treated like queens. The sales people, including the owner, dropped everything to help me try on dresses all evening. I shopped all around to several other stores, including designer boutiques -- but I came back to Nancy's. She beat the price of other boutiques on the same dress. We were treated like family and it was extremely comfortable.
PROS: Treated us like family, comfortable setting, attention focused on us
CONS: Phones have been down for a few weeks, hard to call her - just stop in

I felt like a second-class citizen when I went to shop at Nancy's bridal. I'm not sure if they strive to create a snobby atmosphere, but I felt uncomfortable from the moment that I walked into the shop. Besides a very curt hello, no one really fell over themselves to help me out with my gown selection. I had to find a sales associate in order to try on dresses, and they seemed kind of put out when I did this. They had a pretty nice selection of dresses, but were very overpriced. I found dresses that I liked, but because of the service I went to another salon and found the same ones (at a very inexpensive priced compared to theirs) I wouldn't really recommend this business to anyone, unless you want to be treated horribly.
