Don't go there. They botched my kittie's euthanasia. Instead of getting the catheter into his vein, they missed and ended up injecting the anesthesia solution into his muscle. He died an agonizing death and he did not deserve that. My baby cat tried to pull his arm away from the doctor the second she started injecting into him. He stood up and frantically tried to get into my husband's arms as the doctor grabbed my cat and held him down as he fought against the burning sensation going through his veins. I started screaming and turned my face to the wall. When I turned back, he was still struggling and his belly got very large and finally, after all of that horrific agony, he died. It was sick. He acted like they injected him with Drano. My kittie did not deserve to die in agony and I did not deserve to watch him die that way.

This is the only place in the greater Springfield area that offers 24hr. emergency service now that the Angell Animal Hospital has closed. They do a good job and have a top notch staff.
