Playwright Irish Pub Rstrnt

Visiting Connecticut a few months ago, we went to Playwright after it was recommended by Irish family members. We were not disappointed. My husband got the shepherds pie, and I a chicken sandwich. The portions are huge, but the quality is excellent. The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere and Irish music two nights a week. The staff is very competent and friendly. The only drawback is the parking situation (there's not too much of it), but you can utilize other parking lots in the general vicinity). Definitely not to be missed if you are in the Hamden/North Haven/New Haven area.
