Despite the rather iffy location this is still the best gym yet! The price and staff could not be cooler! Now, the only thing cooler than that would be the equipment, which is great! They have every machine known to man! 5/5!

The YMCA is a really affordable gym in Chicago (about half the price of the nearby Balley's). The front desk staff is really friendly and parking is plentiful in the attached lot. I've never had to wait for a cardio machine and the weight room is fully stocked with the latest equipment. The only downsides are the locker rooms aren't super nice and the pool is small with really high chlorine levels that irritate my eyes.
