Medical Center Pharmacy

This place does not even deserve a Star, but they would not let me rate it without giving it a star. My sister went to the doctors next door to this pharmacy for years they always called in her medication at this pharmacy due to her not having a drivers license nor transportation. This time the doctors made a mistake and called it in to Cvs pharmacy. Ok that is understandable with as many patients they see. But when we went to have this pharmacy request the perscriptions from Cvs they refused saying it was not their mistake. Well that may be so but they did nothing to get 17 perscriptions back to them for bussiness and the people that where there was really rude. I told them to admitt it they just wanted to go home! get off at a certain time and did not care if the pharmacy made money or about the care of my sister getting her medication, even though there was a good 45 minutes left before they closed. I will be filing a complaint with the better bussiness burea about this incident and the poor customer satisfaction they did not give a hoot about.

Pros: they fill all the perscriptions usually

Cons: the chairs there fill like they will break your back, they feel like you need them, poor service, long wait times
