Broken chairs, slow service, high prices, no meat pierogi (out of it on an empty saturday) - unfriendly. Disappointing. Should have gone to Polish Village.

The best Polish food in a city of Polish food. Try the dill pickle soup, the potato pancakes and the pierogi. Inexpensive, fast, delicious.

Under the Eagle has good diner food in a comfortable atmosphere. Everyone in your group will be able to find something they like and everyone will leave satified.

Everything you get here is home-style and good quality. Come here when you're hungry for mom's cooking and can't get home. Try the pierogis, noodles, borscht.

This restaurant has the freshest and tastiest Polish food. The parking is bad in that you have to park further away. But the food and beer make it worth it. I tried Polish Village and it was the nastiest thing I have ever tasted. Under the Eagle is the place to be. The waitresses are gorgeous too and very friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend it! The dill pickle soup is phenomenal. Also, it is the oldest Polish restaurant in Hamtramck, as I have found out--around for 34 years I believe. You will love it, trust me!

When going to this restaurant, it was somewhat disappointing. The food was alright, but compared to others in the town of Hamtramack I would recommend Polish Village Cafe a lot more because of better service and prices, and more food for the price.
