Dr. Zuckerman, by FAR, is the best diagnostic doctor I have ever met. He is a down-to-earth, kind and relaxed person. He takes the time to check our daughter and answer our questions, as first time parents. We do not have any relatives or friends with children in our area, and therefore were very careful in choosing a pediatrician. After a LOT of research (and reference from Central DuPage Hospital and my OB/GYN), we chose him to be our Daughter's pediatrician from her birth. I would, and I have recommended Dr. Zuckerman to everyone I know. I honestly wish he could be my Doctor! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The Bloomingdale practice has separate rooms for patients (one for sick children, the other for healthy ones), which is definitely positive. The only cons I can think of, is that the practice seems dated on the inside. It is very large in size, but simply old(er). The nurses and the other Doctor we met (Dr. Williams) are very professional and nice. The other office staff is OK... Not so personable though. All our questions are always answered (when we go in, and over the phone). There is always a Doctor/nurse available after hours (great when fever goes up in the middle of the night, or when you have a fussy baby with no clear reason). Bottom line - greatly recommended pediatrician and practice!

We have been patients for over 15 years. I have been so happy with the care my children receive. Everyone is so friendly and have made my kids at ease. The receptionist, nurses and doctors are all very accommodating and helpful.

Overall, I am satisfied with the medical care my son receives at this practice. The doctors and nurce practitioners are knowledgeable and attentive. The rest of the staff is rather inattentive, however. I'm often left standing at the counter waiting for someone to check us in while the various receptionists go about other business. At our very first checkup, the medical assistant who took us back to the exam room noted that I was breastfeeding, and she proceeded to ask how many ounces a day he ate. That one really threw me.
